‘Hmph. Money not needed,’ Tyler replied, but the look in his eyes full of naughty thoughts. ‘How about one night we come down to the water. You can be my mermaid. I can be a heroic surfer and save you. Who knows what we might get up to?’

Lilly squealed with excitement.

Tyler’s roleplay sounded like a lot of fun. It was certainly something to look forward too, that was for sure. But before anything else, there was the small matter of Lilly’s surf lesson.

Surfing was the perfect activity for Lilly. It was like the best of both worlds. Free. Fun. But a learning curve too. An activity that required focus and concentration.

As Lilly and Tyler paddled out into the warm water, the sun beating down on them, everything was just right.

Stallion Valley had a new pair of Forever Loves.

A Little and her Daddy, perfectly suited and ready to ride the waves together for the rest of their days in perfect bliss.

Epilogue

The summer months were a joy. Happiness abounded in Lilly and Tyler’s cottage. It was a perfect home for a Daddy and Little to share together.

Tyler continued to make it even more appealing for a Little. In the end, he gave Lilly free reign to adapt and change the place to fit her needs.

That wasn’t to say that there wasn’t still plenty of Daddy influence about the place though. Including the shelf above the fireplace that came to house Tyler’s selection of paddles, a tawse, and even a cane that was reserved for those extra special occasions when a real sting was required.

Lilly continued to edit her novel, often beavering away on it as early as six in the morning. Her hard work paid off too. When it was time to send it to an agent, she found it was quickly picked up and then sold at auction to the highest bidder.

But despite having a nice book deal, Lilly kept on delivering pizzas. She even managed to deliver a few of them on time too! The tips still sucked, but there was no pleasing some people.

Lilly wasn’t overly bothered. For her, she enjoyed being out on her cycle delivering food. And when her book did come out, she kept herself to her word and delivered a copy to the old man and his wife.

She had long forgiven him for being such a grump. In fact, Lilly felt glad for the whole thing. As upsetting as it had been at the time, Lilly realized that had he not falsely accused her of stealing the bike, she may never have met Tyler.

It turned out that the old man was on the board of librarians in Stallion Valley. He said that it was a great moment for Stallion Valley to have its very own author and he would be making sure that Stallion Valley’s central library was fully stocked with copies of Lilly’s novel.

Perfect.

Speaking of perfect…

Tyler’s surf school went from strength to strength, in no small part aided by an investment from Lilly. She decided that a portion of her book deal would be well spent on improving the surf school building. Better facilities and technology meant that the school could run better over the winter months.

It all made perfect sense and Lilly was filled with pride at contributing to her Daddy’s business. Lilly even helped out with writing the training manuals and safety guidelines. After all, she was Stallion Valley’s hottest new author, it would be crazy not to utilize her talents!

Stallion Valley had always been a wonderful place, but it was really looking like it was on the up these days. Lilly’s new friend Chrissie had brought a lot of energy to the place too – maybe it was her time to find her Forever Daddy next?

As far as Lilly and Tyler were concerned, all was good. They had found each other, found love, and it was going to last them forever and a day.
