I do so, with glee. I’m excited to see where else she took over. Actually, I’m hoping she’s the reason he has ausableguest room. And if it’s anything like the dining room, I’m going to be in heaven.

As we’re walking down the long hallway, I can’t contain myself. “Does she bring over the fresh flowers also? Or does she tell you which ones to buy at the store?”

He looks over his shoulder at me with a large frown marring his handsome face. “Do you want to see where you’ll be sleepin’ or just keep askin’ annoying questions?" hegrumbles at me.

I nod my head. “So, she drops them off then.” I can’t help myself. Seeing him this grumpy is kind of funny. Normally I would do my damndest not to provoke a large man that I was all alone with, but I don’t seem to have one ounce of fear where this man is concerned. I just know in every fiber of my being that he would never do anything to harm me. Piss me off, absolutely, probably with a great deal of enjoyment. But harm me, no. Well, except where my heart is concerned. He could utterly destroy that if I’m not careful. Especially as he’s walking away from me like a grumpy toddler muttering to himself.

He opens the second door on the right and motions for me to go in first. I walk past him and immediately know that Dee has had her hand in this room as well. Everything is in soft muted colors that make you automatically think of relaxing. The large, fluffy comforter and tons of throw pillows are also a dead giveaway. As is the whitewashed furniture. Yeah, he definitely didn’t pick any of this out.

I walk around the room, admiring the tranquil feeling before looking back at Xander with a smile. “This room is so cute!”

He lifts his face to the ceiling and mutters, “Yup, exactly what I was goin’ for.”

He drops my bag onto the bed and opens the double doors that lead to an impressive walk-in closet. The shelves for shoes, is enough to make a girl drool, but there are also drawers,a full length mirror, and a quilted bench inside.

Is it weird that I want to live in this closet?

He rolls his eyes as he watches me lovingly run my hand across the shoe racks. He walks over to the other door and opens it to reveal a bathroom.

I swear, I only squeal a tiny bit when I see the claw foot tub. Just a tiny bit. But I definitely screech when I see the rainfall shower that’s big enough to fit three people and the vanity with lights coming from the mirror.

Would it be weird if I asked him if he wanted a roommate? A totally platonic one who didn’t want to see him under that shower all wet and soapy.

I look over at him and see him smiling at me like I’m insane. Men! They just don’t get it.

Then my eyes widen. If this is his guest bathroom… “What does your bedroom and bathroom look like?” I blurt out.

He gives a shrug. “Like this, just bigger.” I blink a few times before he sighs. “You want to see it?" hegroans oddly.

I’m nodding my head like a maniac, and I don’t even care. Rooms like these are better and more drool worthy than porn.

I dutifully follow him to the last door on the left in the hallway. He opens it up and my mouth drops open. It’s beyond gorgeous. I’m salivating before I even fully enter. The dark wood of his very large bed, that I try to ignore, and furniture is offset by his silver covers and pale blue throw pillows. There’s even a sitting room and large TV in here, with plush looking chairs and another fireplace.

This looks like an amazing way to spend a snowy Sunday afternoon. I could just imagine being all snuggled up under a blanket in one of these big chairs as the fireplace crackles, while reading a book and drinking hot cocoa.

I’m brought out of my daydream as he opens up some more double doors, I take note that there are two sets, and shows me his enormous walk-in closet. I am immediately horrified to see that he doesn’t utilize his shoe racks and that his drawers are halfway closed with clothes hanging out of them.

I legit gasp. “How can you treat such a beautiful closet with such disrespect?”

“Bri, it’s just a closet, a place to put shit," hedrawls and is definitely eyeing me like I’m some alien creature.

Okay, I might be a little off my rocker, but it’s not my fault. The house I grew up in was pretty small. Add in that there were three teenage girls all fighting over closet space and bathrooms, and well, yeah, this is my absolute dream as a young girl. Although, I do notice that he doesn’t haveanice bench in here.

I follow him into his bathroom and blurt out the first thing that comes to mind. “I want tolive here.”

He has his and hers double vanities, a shower that could probably fit ten people and a sunken tub that appears to have jets. Lets not forget that the toilet is in a little hidden cubby with a door. And that he has plush rugs all over, and even has a chair on one vanity for a woman to do her hair and makeup comfortably.

Yeah, I could definitelylive here.

“Come on,” he says, rudely pulling me out of my reverie, “I’ll show you my office and gym next.”

I pout, just a smidge, and look longingly at the most beautiful bathroom in the world.

“Bri, it’s just a bathroom, come on," hesighs and walks away.

I follow unhappily as he shows me his office and home gym, neither of which are as impressive as his room. Okay, maybe to a guy they would be, but I couldn’t care less. I’m going to dream about that bathroom for the rest of my life.
