Chapter Sixteen - Ryan
Ican'thelpfeelingworried as the duo drives out in Gwen's car. Looking at Jen's dress doesn't feel like they are going to a restaurant but a club.
Jen is wearing tight leather pants accentuating her long curvy legs, a white tank top, and a leather jacket. If she wore that with me, I wouldn't mind, but she is going out without me. The minute she comes out dressed like that and asks how she looks, I want to drag her back in, make her change and force her down while I fuck her until she no longer has any thoughts of going out.
But the way Gwen keeps guard like a dog is grating. Cale and I stand outside the door when Cale starts, "Dad, why are we still standing outside?"
I turn to him, "Cale, let's have some fun, okay?"
Cale brightens up, "Really?"
I smile, "Really. And Gray will also be joining us."
Cale is clearly excited now, "Really?"
I bring along an excited Cale and call Gray on the way, "Hey. Where are you?"
"I am resting on a weekend."
"Well, get up. And go check out the restaurant La Belle Vie for me. Check if Jen and Gwen are there."
"Gwen?"
I scoff, still reeling that something is happening between him and Gwen, but he's the only one I can call right now, "So, you up for it?"
"Yeah. On my way, boss."
"Good." I turn the cell off.
Reaching La Belle Vie, I see Gray waiting by his car for me. I leave with Cale and ask Gray, "So, are they here?"
Gray points at the car with the same number as Gwen's, confirming they are there.
I nod, relieved, when Gray starts, "Don't be relieved. It's a restaurant plus club."
I snap my head to face him so fast I may have gotten whiplash, "So what are you doing out here?"
Gray smiles, "Waiting for you. Surely you don't think we can bring Cale in, right?"
We both look at the innocent five-year-old, who looks up at us, "When are we going to have fun?"
Looking back at Gray, "Change of plans?"
Gray smiles, "Already on it. I had their reservation canceled."
I raise a fist nodding, "Awesome."
We bump fists when we hear a commotion at the restaurant's gate.
It is the girls. Gwen argues with the manager, and we are about to hide when Jen turns as if on instinct and spots us. Her eyes widen in realization as she crosses her arms in anger, saying something to Gwen.
Gwen looks towards her, then turns around in anger.
Gray curses, "Oh shit, man."
Gwen almost marches towards us while Jen's sharp gaze meets mine. Cale almost runs to her, "Mom!"
