Despite Collin warning Bear, he wasn’t able to hold back, cursing as he came. Hot cum filled me as we both moaned at the feeling.

“Good job,” Collin praised as he fucked into me, even though the omega had come once already. It wasn’t long before the alpha was calling out our names, grunting as he filled Bear just as Bear had filled me.

Even as Bear and I found our breath, they were still locked together, moving gently and making my overly sensitive body tremble. Collin shifted us to our side so we could snuggle together, all three of us spooning on the nest.

My omega side was satisfied it would smell like us more than ever.

Bear placed a kiss on my shoulder, right next to one of my marks. It reminded me that my body was only missing his claiming bite.

“Are you going to add yours to the collection?” I demanded, shifting even further so he had more access. “There’s space right next to Collin’s bite.”

There was no hesitation as Bear sank his teeth into me, his fingers finding my pussy again, teasing me through it so the pain couldn’t fully take hold.

His cries soon joined mine as Collin claimed his omega, still locked together. I could feel his love and possessiveness through the bond but also a satisfaction that wasn’t my own joined the mix. My connection with Collin now seemed to extend to Bear.

We may have been chosen mates but sharing a mate had turned us into something more.

“I love you,” I husked out, emotion and lust coloring my voice.

“I love you guys, too,” Bear said. “More than I ever expected. I wish I knew it could be like this all along.”

“Mine,” our alpha rumbled as he held us both close. Soon, I was drifting off to sleep, happy, satisfied, and loved.

My fingers wrapped around the wine bottle so hard, I thought I might make it burst. Ezra was trying his best not to laugh at my nerves but I was practically vibrating in my seat. There was something about meeting the parents that made you question all of your life choices. Or in this case, the aunt and uncle.

“Don’t worry, Valerie and Drake are nothing like you’re picturing,” he said. “They raised me and Serenity, they couldn’t exactly be overly reserved and sweet people. They never would have survived our teens.”

I laughed at that. “You’re acting like you and Serenity were these crazy hooligans.” His laughter filled the cab and I couldn’t help but join in. He was excited and more relaxed, I could already see how much his family meant to him.

“Did you just say ‘hooligans’? Who says hooligans?” he questioned.

Between his deep, rumbling laugh and the scent of coffee and cinnamon filling the truck I couldn’t think straight if I wanted to.

“Listen, I need you to breathe. Your nerves are coming through the bond and it’s driving me nuts. I promise this is going to be about as low-key as it gets.”

“Says you,” I mumbled under my breath but he clearly heard me because again he was laughing softly to himself. Glad I was here to entertain tonight.

“You met Atlas and Dean’s dad with no issues,” he pointed out.

“It was different. I had a purpose with Grant. There was the buffer of tea and his illness between us. He needed the help so there was no room for second guessing. That’s different than the inquisition staring you down from the other side of the dinner table.”

“Man, I can’t wait to share these comments with Serenity later. She’s going to be cracking up,” he said.

The two of them were more like siblings than cousins. It made sense because he was raised by her parents from a fairly young age. I could still remember the pain on his face as he told me about his mom and sister dying, it broke my heart. Only truly amazing people could have drawn a kid out of that darkness.

I couldn’t imagine losing my siblings like that. They were half the reason I still woke up every morning for far too many years.

The truck finally came to a stop in front of a ranch-style house. It looked unassuming from their front with a cute wreath on the front door, the shutters and door painted a bright blue, and little gnomes rested in the front garden. Everything about it screamed suburbia.

Startled laughter fell from my lips at the sight of the couple stepping outside. An alpha and omega by the looks of them and both covered in tattoos. Her bright-red hair was piled on top of her head in a messy bun and his long, black hair was braided down his back. A red bandana was tied like a headband, matching the skull on his shirt. Between the two of them the red was the only pop of color, the rest was all black and leather.

“They have motorcycles, don’t they?” I joked, turning back to Ezra.

“They do,” he confirmed. “I told you that you had nothing to worry about. They may have a whole ‘white picket fence’ life, but they also have mouths like sailors and frequent biker bars.” Honestly, it had me feeling better already.

“That’s amazing. But maybe I should have brought whiskey, instead of wine?” A fresh wave of worry slammed through me as I glanced down at the red wine in my hands. Ezra snatched the bottle from my hand and turned me to face him, pressing a kiss against my lips.
