I turned toward the sound and took in one of the most beautiful women I’d ever seen.

“We are,” Jenna giggled, sitting down. “Come join,” she said, gesturing to the woman. “Anna, this is Holly, Harlowe Dane’s wife. They’ve just come down from Chattanooga.”

I shook the extended hand and said the only thing that came to mind, “What brought you here?”

The woman, who was all short denim skirt and cowboy boots, sat beside Jenna and sipped her beer, “Lowe and Gate had some business, and we haven’t been away from the kids inmonths.” She leaned into the table and stage whispered, “The only thing better than hotel sex is Sunday morning at home sex, and since the children at the castle now outnumber the adults, I’m taking what I can get.”

Jenna howled with laughter.

Layla sat on the other side of Jenna and toasted with her drink, “No idea what you’re talking about, sister, and I plan to keep it that way.”

“Yeah, I’m just gonna keep drinking,” Gabby said, heading for the bar.

“Bring me one!” Layla shouted at her back.

Holly nudged the chair beside her with a boot and patted the seat, “Come sit by Holly and tell me all about it.”

I sat and looked at the women across the table.

“Bring Anna one too,” Layla shouted over her shoulder again.

Stella and Cassie sat, rounding out the group.

“I could use one,” I sighed.

Holly crossed legs that were only surpassed by Layla’s, “You got your girls, you got drinks, and you’ve got one hell of a hot man, so what’s the problem?”

Jenna must’ve caught my glance around the room because she answered, “It was the same for me at first too.”

Stella grabbed Cassie by the arm and tugged, “This convo is about to go way out of my bounds, so we’re gonna dip. Love you, Mom!”

I smirked, “This is hard enough without my kids watching it.”

“They’re invested,” Layla said.

“And both very much on your side,” Gabby added, arriving with drinks and passing them around.

I took a sip, and it was a much better margarita than I expected from a biker compound. “This is really good,” I said.

“We’ve been working with the prospects on the appropriate tequila, orange, lime ratio,” Layla said with an appreciative sip.

“You’ve got prospects who tend bar like this?” Holly asked wide eyed. “I’m totally doing this whole MC thing wrong.”

“Looks like you’re handling it pretty well to me,” I added, nodding to her clothes.

Holly ran a hand down her side, “Thanks,” she said. “What about you? You look like a high dollar attorney.”

I laughed, “Close, except for the high dollar part. Anyway, it’s a long story.”

Holly glanced over her shoulder, “The boys’ll be a while.”

I followed her eyes and saw the brothers heading into chapel.

Gate caught my eye and threw me a chin nod.

I smiled.

Holly leaned closer, “Okayyyyyy, there’s something there, and that something isbig. You guys back together or what?”
