“So I’ll have a representative,” May supplied.
“Exactly. I can ask a dom I trust to take you through the contract, or you can ask someone you know and trust to represent you.”
“I have someone in mind already if that’s okay,” May said.
“Of course,” Nine answered, wondering what the fuck May was doing feeling comfortable enough with another dom to bring him into their negotiations.
May turned and gave a quick nod over her shoulder.
And when Nine saw the figure who had apparently been watching from the midst of a crowd around a spanking bench, he swallowed his surprise.

Mistress Katarina, a bombshell in skin-tight black latex, glided across the room on platform boots that gave her another five inches in height, a folder gripped in black acrylic tipped fingers.
Nine stood and gestured to the chair across from him and on the other side of May.
Kat nodded as she took the chair and placed the folder on the table, “Nine.”
May ducked her head, “Thank you for coming, Mistress Katarina.”
“My pleasure, May.”
“I didn’t realize you two knew each other,” Nine prompted.
Kat threw him a lazy grin, “She’s a beautiful newcomer, Nine. You can imagine the stir she caused among the unattached doms.”
Nine barely stopped the growl that itched the back of his throat.
May leaned closer, “Mistress Katarina swooped in to my rescue once, and after that, we became….well….friendly.”
Nine narrowed his eyes in Kat’s direction, “Rescued?”
Kat shrugged, “Nothing a few choice words and a riding crop couldn’t handle.”
Nine blinked away the bloodlust at the thought of May being taken advantage of. Club Monaco was exclusive, and the club’s track record was stellar, but that didn’t mean it was perfect.
Kat looked at May, “You okay to do this here? We could step into an office if you’d like more privacy.” Kat glanced over at the doms who were trying not to look like circling sharks and smirked.
“This is fine,” May said, following Kat’s glance.
And Nine wondered if his brave little May were putting on a show intentionally. Letting every other dom in the place know who she belonged to without having to say a fucking word.
And he marveled at her cunning.
There was a lot more to his sweet little sub than met the eye.
And he intended to uncover every single one of her secrets.
Kat pulled a thick bundle of papers from the folder and smoothed them on the table in front of her. “Then let’s get started.”
