“Careful now,” Sawyer warns. “Keep talking like that and I’ll have no choice but to teach that tight little pussy a lesson.”

“I look forward to it,” I say, leaning in and kissing him deeply before pulling back and gazing into his bright green eyes. “Did you want to go back to sleep?”

“Nah, it’s okay,” he says, sitting up. “I don’t want to waste any of this time with you.”

“Okay,” I say with a smile. “If I don’t get coffee in my system soon, I think I might explode.”

Sawyer laughs and allows me to pull him out of bed, and I wait a moment for him to find a pair of sweatpants before taking his hand and striding out into the hall. Only I get three steps before doubling back to his room and racing into the bathroom when his cum starts spreading between my thighs.

Coming back out into the hallway, I find Sawyer waiting for me, a smug grin across his face as he loops his heavy arm over my shoulder. He makes it a point to slam his fist against Dalton’s door on the way past. “Get up, Eros,” he calls. “It’s a new fucking day with our girl.”

Warmth spreads through my chest at how accepting the guys have been of the strange little arrangement we have here. They don’t get jealous, don’t care when I spend the night with one instead of another. It’s as if they just know what I need when I need it and ensure the right man is there for the job.

Making our way out to the kitchen, I find my coffee already on the counter waiting for me, and I all but run toward it, desperate to get the yummy goodness into my system. Cara is already hovering over her paperwork that’s spread across the dining table, still busily organizing the mass funeral following the explosion. It’s planned for a few days after the ritual. The boys all agreed it was best to give Zade a few days to come to terms with his grief after taking my life before forcing him in front of a crowd of people and expecting him to seem somewhat sane.

Not wanting to waste time, I make my way into Zade’s office and find the bylaws. Then with a stack of heavy books in my arms, I venture back out to the dining room and dump them at the opposite end of the table from where Cara is working, not wanting to bother her.

Sawyer sits across from me, my feet in his lap as Easton grabs one of the books and starts flicking through the pages, then just when everyone falls silent, Dalton strides out from the hallway, his sweatpants riding dangerously low on his hips and making my mouth water. But more than that, I can see the perfect outline of his cock and piercing through his pants.

He yawns as he makes his way toward the kitchen. “Why the fuck are we up already?” he mutters. “I barely got a wink of sleep after spending all night jerking off to the sound of Zade eating out my girl.”

My cheeks flush bright red as all eyes in the room turn to me, all except Cara, who focuses a little too closely on the work in front of her. “No shit,” Sawyer says. “Finally sealed the deal with him, huh? Not gonna lie, Doll. I know you could convince any man to want you, but I really thought Zade was a lost cause.”

I shrug my shoulders. Last night feels too private to share with everyone. “He’s not a lost cause,” I say, defending the man who’s going to kill me. “He was just doing what he could to make this easier for everyone, and having boundaries between us was working for a while, but now . . . I don’t see the point in resisting when I’ll be dead in two days. He makes me feel something, and I would have hated getting to the end and not really understanding what that was, and now . . . I know, and it’s not something I’m willing to let go of.”

“What’s that supposed to mean?” Dalton asks from the kitchen, another yawn tearing through him.

“It means,” Cara states in a flat tone, “that she’s finally figured out that she’s in love with Zade.”

I press my lips into a hard line, not seeing the point in trying to deny her. She’s right, not that it’s any of her business, but considering my relationship with the rest of the guys, I think it’s only fair for them to know where I stand with each of them.

My gaze flicks up between Sawyer and Easton, knowing damn well that Dalton won’t mind. “Is that going to be an issue for either of you?”

Easton shakes his head. “Pretty, I don’t care who you’re fucking or who you’re in love with as long as it makes you feel like you have everything you could have ever wanted. All I want to know is if it’s going to change anything. How far does his change of heart stretch?”
