“Fuck,” he said, reaching into my hair possessively, bringing my eyes up to meet him as I greedily devoured his dick. “You sure are good at that.”

“I’m good at a lot of things,” I petulantly responded.

Once I’d said that, he practically lifted me off his feet, taking me by the hand and leading me towards the bedroom.

Once we got there, Alex flung me down on the bed. He knelt on the bed and put his hand between my legs.

“Are you ready?” he said, and I nodded, though the truth was, I don’t know if I would have ever been ready for Alex’s astonishingly large cock, which was currently poised to enter me.

When the head of his dick broached the lips of my pussy, I gasped for air and reached up. I was too proud to say no, and besides, I was desperate for him. Gasped as he entered me, and as he did, I felt myself growing even wetter. Finally, Alex was inside of me, where he could take me, satisfy himself on me, and I looked up at him, hating how much I wanted him, hating how good this felt when by rights I shouldn’t have wanted an arrogant jerk like him at all.

“Come on then, you prick,” I said, the voice coming from some uncertain place inside of me I didn’t know. “Why don’t you fuck me? It’s what you want after all.”

And then, without warning, he swept me up in his arms and drove into me, biting my neck as he did, leaving a dark, livid bruise, living proof of his want, his need for me while Alex thrust inside of me at pace.

His size, and his power, were like nothing I’d ever experienced with a man, and I was overwhelmed, my hands reaching up around his neck, softly running across his back, as though my gentleness could save me. I knew for certain that Alex Alson was going to have his fill of me, and that it was better than anything I’d ever felt before in my life, a carnal delight as he pumped his dick deep inside of me, while I held on for dear life.

“That’s it, you bastard,” I said, “come for me.”

And, after a little while of this astonishing, blissful torment, he did. I felt his dick pump deep within me and I yelled with satisfaction, holding on tight to him and wrapping my legs around his body to drain every last drop Alex Alson could give.

And then, I remember nothing, nothing but sweetness, blackness, and sleep, before I woke the next morning at dawn, astonished at what we’d done.

Chapter Four

Alex

Thefollowingmorning,Iwoke in the bed of the apartment, with my clothes tossed on the bed beside me. I got myself dressed quickly and came downstairs to find the catering team packing away the glasses and the white tablecloths I’d laid out for serving drinks the night before. The memory of Lena—of her scent, of her body pressed up against mine in the darkness—was almost too much to contemplate. I still couldn’t believe that it had happened.

“Have you seen Miss Chambers?” I asked.

“Sorry, sir,” said one of the caterers. “Who?”

“My assistant. She was here last night—I mean, she was supposed to be picking some stuff up from here.”

“Oh. You mean the lady in the fancy skirt?”

“That’s her,” I said.

“She left when we got here. I sent her down in the elevator.”

Why had Lena left without saying goodbye? Was she mad at me? Sure, we’d had a great time. But I knew it must be confusing for her. Still, finally, I had an answer as to why we’d simmered in tension so much during the last week. A natural, animal magnetism existed between us. One which, despite our differences, had pulled us together without any thought of the consequences. Robbed us of our inhibitions.

As I got my things together, I left thinking about everything that had happened last time. It has been a long time since I felt that way with anyone. I was sure Lena didn’t know what to say, but I was confident I’d be able to get the truth from her when I saw her on Monday.

There was a company car in the parking lot downstairs, and I drove it to my house. As I plugged my phone into the charging port, texts and calls began to fill the air with the constant barrage of dings from all the past notifications to my phone. By the time I got back home, I had a buyer for every single one of the properties in the apartment complex. Things were looking up that weekend.

Ihadnoideahow fast they’d fall apart on Monday. When I got back into the office that day. I didn’t see Lena anywhere. It was odd. The week before she’d showed up diligently at the start of her shift. By 7:45 a.m., I poked my head out of the door to see if she’d finally made it in.

At 7:55 a.m., I started to get concerned and made an excuse to speak to the receptionist about the meeting we were hosting at the hotel this week. I smiled when I saw Lena come through the door into the office. She was dressed immaculately as ever, in a white frill-neck blouse and suit pants that framed her silhouette perfectly.

“How are you?” I said, but she walked past me into the office.

“Fine, thank you, Alex,” she said.

I cringed somewhat at the coldness of her greeting. Before, Lena had been polite—too polite, like she was trying to prove something to me. I didn’t want to jump to conclusions and followed her into the waiting room.

“Looking forward to your second week here?” I said, but she didn’t smile, just nodded and sat down at her desk.
