“Well, the director lied to you. Isn’t that the same director who fucked you over in Columbia?” Jagger asked, pointing an angry Elizabeth right at the man.

Elizabeth didn’t let him finish.

Immediately, she disconnected the call. She had some calls to make.
“Oh, he’s a deadman,” Zayn said. “Fifty says he turns up dead in the next week.”
Jagger laughed.
“I say she is sneakier. I give it a month.”
Reaper shrugged.
“I say I’m the one she calls to handle it,” he added.
Maura knew they could all be right. Elizabeth and betrayal…

“Let’s regroup. We need to change into different gear. Zayn, you and Reaper drive the weapons back behind us. We’re going to keep the loot.”

“ZAYN!” came Stella’s voice over the com.
The big man began sputtering.

The Marines all laughed.

He winked at Zayn.
