Ted’s mouth falls open while watching her squirm in her seat. Yeah, had they really wanted each other, they would have given it to each other. With the intense way he’s watching her, I can’t tell if he just wanted Allie for whatever money Mark was paying him or if he really has feelings for her.
I suspect there’s a mix of both. He seems to hate the fact he couldn’t be the only one inside of her. I don’t think he realizes how much worth he put into Allie’s virginity rather than the person she is.
“You shouldn’t have screwed around, Ted. But I have to thank you for being a dick to her so she knows what a better man is. Doesn’t matter how many girls you filled in the middle or what Mark wanted. Hope they were worth it. And now I get to taste this…” I turn the notch up one more. “Sweet...” Two more, and Allie jerks again in her seat, grabbing onto the table. “Fucking...”
We watch while she throws her head back and breathes out hard. Her legs and shoulders shake and Allie doesn’t even look like she cares who sees her right now. No one is looking, anyway. Everyone here is drunk off their asses already and dinner hasn’t even been served.
“Orgasm. That’s all for me right there.” Allie’s shoulders drop and I know she’s done. “It doesn’t matter how you feel about her, if you felt trapped from the time you were sixteen, or whatever your hangup was. Ted shakes his head and chuckles. “He’s going to come after you, Lucas. Just you wait. She’ll end up with me in the end once he makes you look like the fucking deadbeat you are. Allie will turn on you in a minute. But don’t worry, I’ll send you all the pictures and videos you need for it to sink in.” He sounds almost sober saying it.

“I’ll deal with Mark. You stay the fuck away from Allie and Jadon, Ted. I’ve given you enough warning. The next time you come around her, I’ll be the one hitting you.”
“You’ll see.” He gets out of his seat and bumps into me again before dragging his feet away from me.

I make my way over to Allie while she stares down at her lap. Her lips are puffy and she’s catching her breath. I stare while she tries to adjust her dress. Her cheeks are glowing and she’s the most beautiful thing I’ve ever seen, especially with her hair a little messed up.
“You...” she giggles, and a grin spreads across my face.
I cup her soft cheek. “What is it?”
Allie leans in and kisses me. She pulls off just before I can taste her lips and whispers into my mouth. “Do you know where the bathroom is?”

I check over my shoulder to make sure Ted is nowhere to be seen. Mark has his back to us and I catch Tom scowling at him from across the room. No one will notice if we leave.
“Come on.” I pat her thighs one last time and help her out of her chair. She leans in close to me and I wrap an arm around her waist while we head for the door. “I want to take you somewhere.” It’s just more time alone for us.
