"I'm too happy to eat. But I would love some tea."
"Tea for two, coming right up."
I press a kiss on her forehead before going to prepare a tray.
When I return, Diana is curled up on the chaise lounge in front of the fireplace.
The flickering light casts a warm glow over her skin, making her look ethereal.
Like an angel who has blessed me with her presence.
"Here you are, my love," I say, setting the tray on the table in front of her.
I sit beside Diana, drawing her into my arms.
She sighs contently, nestling closer.
"Thank you, Anthony. For the tea, for tonight...for loving me." Diana turns her face up, eyes shining with emotion.
"You've made all my dreams come true."
I kiss her tenderly, hoping to convey the depth of my devotion.
"And you have made me the happiest man alive. I love you with all that I am, all that I have been, and all that I ever will be. You are my always, Diana."
Diana smiles, a lone tear slipping down her cheek.
She kisses me softly, sweetly sealing the promise of our forever.
