I went to the sink in the corner and moistened a handful of paper towels. He held still while I dabbed at it, only succeeding in getting him wetter. He watched me with a smirk as my frown deepened. Finally he pulled me to my feet and gathered the paper towels.

“I have extra pants,” he said. “I’ll change before we land. For right now, I’m fine with wearing your pussy on my leg like a trophy.”

He grinned and I rolled my eyes, still too flustered to come up with a smart remark. I stood there wordless while he tapped my chin and strode out of the room. Not bothering to hide the mark I’d left.

CHAPTER NINETEEN

IRIS

I fell asleep on the plane and woke up to him nudging my shoulder. I blinked, my eyes gritty. He was kneeling before me, looking fresh in new clothes. His eyes glittered with post-orgasm glow and I could tell he was in an excellent mood.

So a blowjob was all it took. I filed that information away, studying him. He looked good like this, better than when he was annoyed.

“We’re here,” he said.

I stretched, arching my back and releasing a yawn. “Where?”

“Miami,” he said, rising.

“Wait…really?” I scrambled up, pushing past him, and ran to the window. “Can I go home?”

He laughed quietly. “No, not yet, princess,” he said. “I’ve got a dinner and I have business. How about you be my arm candy again?”

This time, when he refused to take me home, it annoyed me a lot less. I turned, leaning back against the wall. “The last time I was your arm candy, it didn’t go well.”

He moved close and I caught his cologne and the warm, male scent of his skin. Warmth flooded my chest and seeped lower…gathering between my legs. His lean fingers brushed up my neck and his thumb grazed my lower lip.

My stomach pooled like melting lava.

“Nothing will happen to you,” he said. “I’ll let it be known that you’re mine tonight.”

“I’m not though.”

“That’s not what you said earlier when I said you were.”

“That’s different. I was horny.”

“No exchanges or refunds. You’re all mine for now.”

I gave up, rolling my eyes. He took my hand and led me off the plane to a sleek, black car waiting on the tarmac. I slid into the back seat and watched him through the window. He had his mirrored sunglasses on and he was packing our bags into the trunk, his mouth set in a firm line.

He glanced up and I whipped back around.

But not before I saw his smirk. I rolled my eyes and looked away as he slid into the seat beside me.

“Enjoying the view?” he asked.

“The view out the window maybe.”

He was quiet so I shifted to sneak a peek at him over my shoulder. He was leaning back in his seat with his knees apart, totally unbothered.

We drove into the affluent part of the city and pulled up outside a high-rise hotel. The streets were bustling with locals and tourists alike. The air smelled faintly of the ocean and overhead the sky was streaked with clouds. It was close to evening and I was starting to feel tired despite having slept on the plane.

“Can I have a shower and go to bed?” I asked, stepping out onto the hot pavement.

His hand brushed my waist and slid down my arm, his fingers twining with mine.

I looked down, but I didn’t pull back.
