He came with me, grunting and mumbling my name as his head moved back and forth on the chaise. I rode his cock as long as I could, wanting to milk every last drop from him. Not until he held my hips still did I stop.

“You’re going to kill me.”

“You’ve had sex with my mother, Rhys. I need to make sure I am all you remember.”

I was glad he could laugh as I teased the truth. He had sex with my mother. It wasn’t the first thing I thought of when I realized they had been together, but it was definitely on my mind.

“She never fucked me the way you do, Ash. She never felt this good.”

I kissed him to let him know I was teasing, but my heart was still twisted at the thought of him fucking anyone else but me—especially her.

He held me and stood, never letting our mouths separate, or his cock come out of me, while he walked us to the bedroom. By the time he laid me down on the bed, he was almost hard again and started moving inside of me.

“Never,” he pushed into me, “Mention,” he pushed again, “her name,” a hard thrust, “while my dick” ... “is inside of you,” … “again.”

I screamed, still so sensitive from my orgasm moments before. I started nodding, repeating the word, “Promise,” over and over again until he pulled out of me and flipped me over. He pushed himself into me from behind and brought his hand down hard on my ass several times.

“Rhys!” I howled. It was too intense, to the point I started to sob, but Rhys never stopped moving. My body was jerking and I could hear him hiss as he started to come again. He snaked his fingers to where we were connected and pulled his cock out of me just enough to gather his cum before pushing back inside of me. Then he touched my clit and rubbed me, using his messy fingers to tease me until I came again as well.

“I never want to stop fucking you,” he whispered.

When he laid down beside me, I felt the rest of his cum dripping down my leg. The sun was starting to peek through the curtains but I couldn’t bring myself to care about responsibilities. I stayed dirty, the way I knew Rhys liked it, and curled into his arms, finding safety in how honest I had been with him.

Unlike Melanie, I told Rhys everything I could think of, and never wanted to manipulate his decisions. It felt like we were our own team now, and in order to score the game winning goal, all we had to do was stick together and trust each other.

“She’s definitely pregnant,” Rhys’ lawyer, Rick, confirmed. “These were signed by her doctor and sent to my office.”

“What took so long?” Rhys sighed.

“Melanie had to sign a consent form for the documents to be sent, and she took her precious time.”

I rolled my eyes and stood up from the couch. Rhys and I had been waiting for a week to hear confirmation on whether she was pregnant, or not. We both had traveled for out of town games, and gotten back, before she managed to uphold the request Rick had made on Rhys’ behalf.

“What do you want me to do?” Rick sounded tired and pissed. I had just met him, but I could tell he hated dealing with the likes of Melanie Simpson.

“Nothing,” Rhys shrugged. “I guess I am going to be a dad.”

He sounded sad and regretful, making my eyes tear up. The one thing he always wanted, and he couldn't even enjoy it. I knew part of it was because I was in his life. On the phone while we were both out of town, he confessed that he felt guilty, like he had somehow betrayed me. But I assured him that we happened fast, and neither of us expected each other in our lives.

In fact, having Melanie in common had done nothing but bring us closer together, and made us stop questioning each other. Having a common enemy did that to people, and even more so between people that already cared so much for one another. But our hatred was not what I wanted to base our relationship on moving forward.

“Ask for a paternity test,” I suggested. “Once it's confirmed, we let this go, Rhys. I won’t let you feel anything but thankful. Despite everything the doctor told you, and everything you have been through with Melanie, you may get to actually be a dad, and that is something to celebrate.”

“I can see the apple fell very far from the tree,” Rick sighed, making Rhys snort.

“Not even the same tree,” Rhys winked. “Just the same seed.”

Rhys and Rick started going over a few more things while I excused myself and went to lay down. Soccer and school didn’t stop just because life gave me a boyfriend and a crazy mother. It was all a lot to balance and handle, especially while I tried keeping it away from the team and Coach.

After a while, Rhys woke me up just as the sun was setting, by rubbing my back.

“Can we finally go on our date?” he whispered.

“Tonight?”

“It's only seven thirty. I want to take you out in public.”
