The crowd erupts into a mixture of laughs and cheers. A hiccupped laugh escapes my lips, jolting my body. Tears threatening to explode any second.

Warm tears spill down my cheeks as he speaks. His eyes are filled with the warmth of his love, yet worry drips from his tone. Slowly opening the box displayed in front of me, the glimmering emerald-cut diamond appears, twinkling under the stage lighting.

He grips the back of my head and smashes his lips down onto mine, pouring every ounce of passion and love into his kiss.

The flashing and clicking of the cameras brings me back into the room. I wrap my arms around his neck, his sticky, sweaty skin rubbing against my arms.
“How does tomorrow sound?” His deep tone sends shivers down my spine as he whispers just for me to hear.
“I’d prefer tonight.” I don’t want to wait to become his forever. I already am.

Islip the ring onto her left finger, the sparkling diamond all I can see through my blurry vision.
“We love you, Champ.”
The world stops as I spot her left hand shooting to cradle her lower stomach. I can barely see straight as my brain fumbles for words.
“We?”
“Yes, we.” She lets out a nervous laugh.
Stunned. I fall to my knees before her again, gripping both hands around her small hips, lowering my head to nuzzle into her lower stomach.Our Baby.
I squeeze my eyes tightly shut as sobs rack my body. Sienna’s dainty fingers stroke my hair as I let it all out. All the pain of the last few months, hell, my whole life, pours out of me. It’s not every day you win the world title, get engaged, and find out you’re going to be a dad.
Placing a soft kiss on her stomach, I stand, then reach to cup her jaw. Worry dances across her features. I need to tell her, to show her how fucking much this means to me.

A smile of pure relief washes over her as I take her hand in mine and squeeze, pulling her body flush against me.
