It looks like he got himself connected to the gangs as a way of rebelling against his father who is one of the party members for the local politicians in Hellier Bay.” He looked at Alfie who sat forward to take over.
“This small faction of men who are calling themselves Satan’s Hydra are all in the same boat except for one. Most are rich kids looking to be tough but the head of this group was the second in command for the Serpents and had a disagreement with their head. He is trying to poach members and decided this was the best way to do it. He goes by the street name of Poison due to his love of using poisons to kill people. We are still searching for his location but everyone has been put on high alert.” Alfie glanced at Elsie.
“Thanks to Whitlock, we have the locations of Charles and two other crew members who have been partying it up in the clubs and not hiding who they are. The body on our lawn was one of their crew who recently got arrested and cut a deal to hand over the rest of them. Somehow, word got out that he was in lock up and they killed him for being a rat and to set an example.” Alfie sat back and looked at Benjamin.
“I have already contacted the head of the Serpents and been assured that if we remove Poison from play, there won’t be any retaliation from them and they are not associated with his decision to challenge us.” Benjamin finished and Alejandro sighed.
“So we just need to find this guy. Do we know what will bait him to meet us in the open?” He asked and Aurora cleared her throat.
“We use one of the other guys as bait. If Liam can get one in lock up, we can put him under surveillance and then nap Poison or whoever comes to kill him.” The others agreed.
“That is the best option we have at this point. Let’s roll with that.” Benjamin said before grinning.
“Now. Everyone go home and get some rest, I have it on good authority that Connor has rallied the entire street for the perfect night of trick or treating tomorrow.” Connor mock bowed in his seat.
“Our first Halloween as a family is going to be perfect.” I sighed and Aurora squeezed my hand under the table.
