Her eyes were wide as her chest heaved between us.
“Has he been harassing you this week?” I demanded.
“He just– never mind.”
“Answer me.”
“I don’t know. I think he’s following me sometimes. He’s been at the apartment occasionally. I don’t fucking know, Damian.”
“And you didn’t think to tell me.”
She scrunched up her face.
“For the love of God Addison, why didn't you just stay at my place this week?”
“I can take care of myself, thank you very much. And it’s fine, it’s not like he’s dangerous, he’s just being–”
“He’s stalking you Addison.”
“I wouldn’t go that far.”
“I would.” I thundered.
“Why do you care so much?” Her voice wavered.
“Why do you think?” I shot back.
“I don’t even know what this is?” She waved up and down between us.
I reached over and pulled the elevator stop, causing her to jolt into me.
I lowered my mouth to her ear. “You don’t know what this is?” I growled.
“You’re my boss.” She said in a whisper.
“I could be so much more than that.” I ran my hands down her arms, my fingers bumping into the diamond bracelet I’d bought back, and locked back on her wrist, where it rightfully belonged.
“You’re still wearing it.” I held it up in front of her face.
“Why’d you say you were my fiancé?” She breathed.
“We pretended before, didn’t we?”
“Are we pretending again?” She whispered with sarcasm, trying to veil the desire in her voice.
“If that keeps you safe, then yes.”
“What will everyone say?”
“Everyone answers to me.”
“It won’t look good for me.”
“You didn’t seem to mind it last time.” I ran my hand up her leg and up under her skirt, quickly finding a telltale damp spot on her underwear.
She gasped, squirming under my touch. “That was different.”
I slipped my finger under her underwear, quickly finding her warm wet folds, and teased her. I went all around her, just avoiding her most sensitive nub while she panted, writhing against the wall.
