“I know I never have to speak for you to hear me. I love you.” He picked up my arm where it was draped on his shoulder, turning his head to bite the underside of my forearm. Where he could reach it and touch it, but it wouldn’t be constant.

The depth in the bond that sprang to life…

Roman was still water on the surface with an ocean beneath. He felt so much and so intensely, it leveled me. To him I really was a firefly—beautiful, the light in his darkness, and precious. “Roman…”

His soft smile, along with the bond, told me everything he couldn’t.

Only Ash remained, and as he stepped closer, his eyes fell to my neck. He froze for a moment. “Blue.”

“It felt right.”

“God, I love you,” he gathered me in his arms and held me. “I’m so fucking grateful I found you, Sloane. The first timeandthe second time.”

Neither of us were the people we had been back then, and it was a good thing. I had regrets, but I could live with those because of what we had now. It made sense for him to be last and complete this circle.

Asher’s lips quirked into a smile, but his eyes were serious. “No more running, sweetheart.”

“Never again,” I promised.

He leaned in and bit where my neck met my shoulder, his bond exploding into existence like a star. It wasn’t only him, but the combination of all of us. Like a piece of a puzzle you couldn’t even know was missing until you found it. How was I meant to know there had been empty places in my soul before they filled them?

Applause from our friends and family erupted again. They’d clapped every time, and I hadn’t heard it. I did now as Ash kissed me, dipping me back and putting on a show.

But something else was brewing, because if I didn’t have their hands on me and their cocks inside me soon, I would burn alive. I smiled out at our friends, seeing more than one teary eye before the others stepped up with me, and we retreated inside.

They had me up the stairs to my old wing of the house in less than five minutes, sealing us inside the room that had been prepared so we could seal this bond we just forged.

Me and my Alphas.

CHAPTER FORTY-THREE

________

SLOANE

We barely made it through the door before Jace’s mouth found mine. My mind and heart were a riot of unfamiliar feelings and overwhelming desire. All of them wanted me so much it was terrifying and exhilarating, and I didn’t know how I was just going toexistfeeling them like this.

Petra, Eva, and Esme did this every day?

It was a miracle they weren’t constantly locked at home, tearing each other’s clothes off.

Well, then again…

“I know you have to put this dress back on, baby girl, so help me get it off. If I don’t have you naked—”

“Yes,” I breathed, turning around so he could access the nearly hidden zipper beneath the train at my shoulder.

When we were done, I’d have the girls touch up my makeup and help me back into the dress. Right now? I needed them. The way I felt their attention focus on me as the dress slipped down my body…

Fuck.

“I’m never going to get used to this,” I told them. “It’s so much.”

“It is,” Ash said. “We can feel each other now too. A little at least, through you.”

Jace undid the clasps on the bustier I wore beneath the gown. “I, for one, am thoroughly going to enjoy teasing you with it. Winding you up from afar so you can’t wait to pounce when you get home.”

“God,” I moaned. “How are we going to live normal life?”
