He studied her, surprise filling his face. “None of that scares you away?”
“No.”
“From the way she keeps squirming, I’d say it all turns her the fuck on,” Steele added. “Reckon you could lay it all on her.”
“There’s more?” she asked. Good Lord. More might actually kill her.
“Yes, but that part you’ll get later.” Grady gave her a heated look.

Steele carried his girl into their living room.
He hadn’t been lying when he said he liked to carry her. And the way she snuggled in against him . . . well, he thought she liked that too.
“Did you bring a bathing suit?” he asked as he settled them into the corner seat of the sectional. He put her between his spread legs and then grabbed a blanket from the back to cover them.
“Yes.”
“Disappointing.”
“What?” she asked, looking back at him.
“I’d rather you went naked.”
“Oh, you really don’t want me to be naked in the hot tub. There’s nothing good about my naked body.”
She really,really should have thought before she said that. And the way he instantly stiffened behind her told her she was in trouble.
“Um, I think I’ll go see if Grady needs help with the dishes.” She tried to move away from him, but he tightened his hold on her.
“He doesn’t need help and he wouldn’t save you. He’d simply hold you down for me.”
“Hold me down?” she asked. “For what?”
“For the spanking you just earned. And that’s on top of the spankings you’re owed.”
“What? What spankings? And why is this darn blanket trying to suffocate me?” She was trying to work her way free, but she wasn’t going anywhere fast.
Steele grabbed the blanket and threw it down on the floor.
Stupid blanket.
It needed a good talking to.
He turned them both so that he was sitting with his feet on the floor. He settled her on her feet between his legs.
“What’s going on?” Grady walked in. Well, he didn’t simply walk. He strolled.
Honest to God, both of them were so freaking sexy that sometimes it hurt to look at them.
“Do you want to repeat what you just said?” Steele said.
