“About time you manned up and made her an honest woman.” My mouth drops open, but before I can say a word, a box of tissues goes sailing past his head.

“Eejit,” Wrench growls at Chaos, and I feel Genevieve shaking so hard I place my hand on her stomach to steady her.

“Baby?” I look around her shoulder to find her in hysterics.

Her face is split in two with the most beautiful smile I’ve ever seen. Tears fall down her cheeks as she laughs at the idiots we call brothers. When I look back at Abel, he just winks, and I nod.

I’ll have to thank the prick for interfering later.

“Change in status noted and accepted. Not that I want to ruin the good mood, but we need to deal with the heavy shit. Is everyone up to speed on what went down in LA and Virginia?” Satan asks, rubbing Violet’s stomach.

The poor woman looks so uncomfortable, but as he rubs up and down, she seems to relax into his massive chest.

“How much longer?” I lift my chin at Violet, and Satan sighs.

“Not soon enough.” He growls, and Violet elbows him.

“Hush now. We’re ok.” She takes his hand and rubs it on her belly since he stopped.

“How are we going to deal with my brother.” I take my eyes off the rounded stomach containing the next President of this club and look up at Genevieve.

“That’s easy. We kill the fucker.” Abel announces as if we plan murders every day.

The room goes quiet for half a second, and then all hell breaks out. Everyone shouts over each other. But Abel never takes his eyes off me while our brothers lose their shit over his words. I nod at him semi understanding his train of thought.

“Ok.”

“OK?”Genevieve’s shocked by Karma’s agreement.

Good, she should be.

We are not a one-percenter club. And we just don’t go around killing unless it’s strictly necessary. So everyone’s reaction to my statement was justified. The lack of faith in my character is a little disconcerting, but I’ll let that slide while I play my role of an evil master mind.

“Somebody better start explaining what the fuck I’m hearing. NOW.” Satan’s palm slams on the table, lifting the other end up and shaking the entire room when it drops back down.

“Easy Pops, you take your meds today?” I grab his shoulder and squeeze.

He growls at me, and I smirk. One day my love of fucking with this man may get me killed, but not today.

“Explanation is simple. Anton Blair is a cancer that needs to be surgically removed from existence. He simply can not be allowed to follow the path he’s on and become the next President of the United States. He has powerful enemies and even worse colleagues who would be more than happy to complete the task with our help.” I look back at Karma and see her wilt slightly when she finally understands my plan.

“Baby, let’s go see my father.” Karma slaps Genevieve’s thigh gently to get her moving, but the look on her face is priceless.

“You’re taking me home to the family, Cher?” She stands and looks at her lover with one hand on her hip.

“It’s past due. Apparently.” I chuckle at Karma’s words.

“No worries, ladies. I have the perfect dinner gift for him.” I squeeze between the girls and swing my arms over both of their shoulders.

“Dinner?!” Karma asks while Genevieve squeals.

“Oh, did I forget to mention? My bad. We’re having dinner at Fukuma Tower. It’s formal, so you both best change and hustle cause we don’t want to be late.” I place my hands on the middle of both their backs and give them a little push.

“Chop chop. Oh, and Genevieve, your mama will be joining us.” I smile at her.
