She held her breath then let it out slowly. This was not how she wanted to spend her evening and Hedda knew that.

“I really don’t want to go,” Storm said again, hoping Hedda would take pity on her.

“Well, tough shit. I don’t give a flying fuck right now. You’re coming with me. You need human interaction,” responded Hedda, exasperated. “You can’t get out of this. I won’t fucking allow it.”

Storm sighed and nodded her head. She had tried and wasn't successful, but who would go against Hedda? When she made up her mind, it was hard to change it.

Clocking out, she grabbed her things and walked to her car.

“I’ll follow you,” she said, getting into her car.

The thought of leaving now and going home crossed her mind. Hedda didn’t know where she lived and, if she left now before Hedda got into her car, she had a chance.

But the look on Hedda’s face when she turned around made her freeze. She meant business and Storm wasn’t going to get away.

Hedda’s car was brand new and amazing while Storm’s car was old and starting to show wear and tear.

She didn’t know what Hedda did for work since she seemed to hang around the bookstore a lot. Maybe Hedda had a trust fund that allowed her to not work.

Storm had found herself feeling jealous on multiple occasions. She loved to work, but she didn’t want to work herself to death. Sending money to her parents wasn’t a must and they told her on multiple occasions she didn’t have to, butsheneeded to.

No matter how much money she sent them, it never washed the guilt away. She didn’t know if the guilt would ever go away.

All that money they’d spent on her was wasted, and they were never getting it back.

Hedda honked, bringing Storm out of her thoughts. She quickly turned on her car and followed Hedda through the city to this person's house.

Dread filled her stomach and sank to the bottom as she pulled up behind Hedda on the street. She had a bad feeling about attending this birthday party.

She didn’t know anyone and from the looks of things, it was already packed. There was no way she wasn't getting sick from this.

“Come on!” Hedda yelled as she tapped on her window.

Storm flinched, turned off her car, and got out. She just knew she was going to pay for this later.

“I think I should just go home. It’s packed in there. I don’t know anyone but you and I know I’m going to get sick from this.” She tried again to explain and reason with Hedda, but it fell on deaf ears.

“All the better if you come while it’s packed. You’ll get to make friends!” Hedda grabbed her arm and started to walk toward the house. “And who knows, maybe you’ll find a long term partner, though the men here aren’t exactly saints. But maybe that’ll do you good.”

Storm blushed and looked down at her feet. Hedda knew she’d had sex with someone before, but it had been years. There had been several times she tried to set Storm up, but she’d managed to get out of them.

“You do need a good fuck. These guys are good at that,” Hedda said. “I could hook you up with one. Maybe it’ll relax you some and you won’t be so tight and stressed. They’re very good about making girls loose.”

“Hedda!” she gasped and looked at her. “No!”

She didn’t need anyone to fuck her. Storm wasn’t like that. She was waiting for that special someone who would treat her right and make her feel special. No way was she going to have a casual fuck and go on about her life.

“What?” Hedda rolled her eyes. “I’m not wrong! When was the last time you had sex?”

Storm couldn’t remember. She wasn't a virgin, but she had been so focused on working to send money to her parents she hadn’t really lived. It was also hard to live when she had to be careful all the time.

“See? You can’t even tell me!” Hedda exclaimed. “Which is why you need someone to fuck you.”

“Language!” a guy yelled as they walked through the door. “Rogan isn’t going to be happy.”

“Rogan can kiss my ass!” Hedda yelled back before turning to Storm.

Storm looked over at the man and shrunk into Hedda’s side. Intimidating. Huge muscles were the first thing she noticed, but as she looked at the man’s face, she saw a jagged scar running across his face.
