Nazyn raised himself on his elbow, locking eyes with Darcy as he began to move inside her. At the slightest hint of discomfort, he promised himself he would stop. But there was none.
Darcy’s hips began moving against his, faster and stronger with each thrust. Her nails dug into his back as her lips parted.
Soon enough, the chorus of moans began again, sweet music to Nazyn’s ears.

“Better?” Darcy giggled. She couldn’t help herself. Her body was spent in the most delectable way, and her mind was calm. She was at ease, for the first time in Universe-knew how long. “I don’t believe you.”
“Oh, it’s true,” he teased, tongue dashing out to lick her lower lip. But when Darcy leaned forward for a kiss, he backed away slightly. “But first we have a serious issue to solve.”
Darcy sighed. They were in a time crunch. “Okay, let’s figure out how to deal with the whole device-humidity thing.”
“That, too, but I wanted to ask you something.” He parted his lips as he breathed in deeply, as if he wanted to suck in her scent into his very soul. “I would like to take you on a date. I would be honored if you accepted.”
Darcy stilled, her brain malfunctioning. “You–want to take me out?”
She didn’t know why that shocked her so much. He’d been literally inside of her, doing wonderful, depraved things to her body. Going out on a date was waaaay up higher on the innocent scale than what they’d already done.
