I honestly can’t get enough of him.

But it’s more than the physical. Sure, he looks like he was sculpted out of marble, but he’s just so damn nice. But not too nice.

“Maybe nice isn’t the right word,” I mumble as I finish unpacking my suitcase and fold my sweaters, setting them on the shelf in the closet. “He’skind.Yes, that’s it, he’s kind.”

I nod, happy with that description.

I absolutelylovehow bossy he is in the bedroom. He’s happy to simply take over, putting me where he wants me and telling me what he needs from me. I don’t have to be in charge, and for someone who has to be in control of literally everything in her universe, having Drew simply take the reins is a really great break from reality.

I hear the door open, and Drew hurries into the bedroom, covered in snow and panting from the exertion of walking so fast.

“That was more like twenty minutes,” I inform him as he passes me the bag. He shakes his head, sending snow tumbling onto the floor around him, making me laugh.

“I hurried.” He kisses me, and his nose is cold. “My girl doesn’t like to be late.”

“Thank you. Oh, you got me peanut butter cups. You’re the best.”

“You forgot to add them to your list. I know they’re your favorite.”

I blink at him and feel tears threaten.

“What did I do wrong?”

“Nothing.” I shake my head and hug him close, not minding in the least that he’s wet and cold. “You’re so thoughtful.”

“And here I thought you were still emotional from all the crazy-good sex.”

I chuckle and look up at him, moved by the gentle way he smiles down at me.

“I love you, Drew.”

He doesn’t lose that smile. It doesn’t slip one bit. He brushes my hair off my cheek and leans down to cover my mouth with his.

“I love you, too,” he says. “And I plan to bring you chocolate more often, if this is the reaction I get.”

I laugh and pull back, rifle through the plastic bag until I find the moisturizer and mascara, and then hurry into the bathroom to finish getting ready.

“Is everyone coming to lunch?” I call out to him.

“No, some people were in a hurry to get onto the ski hill,” he replies. I can hear him changing his clothes. “We’re going with my sisters, their guys, and Ike and Sophie.”

“Cool.” With one last brush of the mascara wand, I return to the bedroom and catch Drew tugging on a dry shirt.

Those abs get me every single time.

“I’m ready.”

“Me, too.” He looks up at me, and his eyes turn hot.

“We don’t have time for another roll on the bed,” I inform him, reading his expression perfectly.

“Let’s go get this over with so I can get you back here,” he replies.

“I like her,”Josie decides, watching me from across the table as she eats a chicken wing. “She can stay. In fact, I might like you more than I like him.”

“Hey,” Drew says with a frown. “You’re mysister.”

“Yeah, well, you’re kind of annoying most of the time,” Maddie, the other twin, reminds him. “I hope we get to meet Caleb soon. Mom and Dad said he’s the cutest ever.”
