Chapter 13

Jules

Sydney can be really stubborn sometimes. This time, it paid off in spades for yours truly. She refused to take no for an answer when I tried to wiggle my way out of Saturday night by hiding behind my mountain of responsibilities. Had she not pressed my hand, I would never have met the dangerously sexy man who single-handedly redefined everything I knew about sex.

Syd is going to die when I tell her I bumped into Levi. And I’m pretty sure she’s going to freak out when she finds out I ended up visiting the club for a second time without her.

After a series of toe-curling orgasms, we’re catching our breath. Levi is on his back, holding me in his strong arms. Sigh. I relish the warm, safe, fuzzy feeling I get from being close to him. I’m not ashamed to admit, I’m quickly becoming addicted to this man in the worst possible way. I know, it sounds crazy because I barely know him.

My gaze moves to his gorgeous face.

His eyes are closed so I can ogle to my heart’s content.

I bite my lip to prevent drool from dripping down my chin as my eyes run down his naked torso… all that smooth tanned skin on display over bulky arm muscles.

Yes. Yes. And, hell yes.

Levi has a mouthwatering, lean build, where oversized muscles would look odd on him—even if he’s quite tall. His chest is a masterpiece. He’s ripped, but his proportions are just right. As a personal trainer I’ve seen my fair share of muscle heads. Clearly, he doesn’t live at the gym. I like that. My gaze drifts to his abs that flow down, disappearing beneath the white sheet, covering his beautiful cock.

You’re magnificent.

“Your gaze is burning my skin, sweetness.” Busted. He opens one eye and turns his head to the side. “What’s going on in that pretty little head of yours?”

I quirk a small smile. “I think you broke me.” Okay, it’s not exactly what I was thinking of, but nonetheless, it’s the truth. “I don’t think my legs are going to be able to function, so I can’t drive home. I don’t have any strength left to press the pedal.”

He chuckles. “Is your car safe at your office?”

“It’s a beat up car, but yes, it is.”

“Good. I’ll drive you to your house,” he informs me. “I’m booked solid in the morning, but I can pick you up in the afternoon and I’ll drive you to your office. That way you can show me the smart bikes and the other exercise equipment your dad invented.”

“You’d do that?” I ask.

He drops a soft kiss on the top of my head. “Of course.”

“I might have to take you up on your offer. I can work from home in the morning.”

I’m sure I could manage behind the wheel, but the invitation to spend more time with Levi Aldridge is too tempting to turn down.

“So… when you’re not luring innocent women to a swanky suite of a kinky club to have your way with them, what do you do?”

“Oh, you’re back to being Jules the innocent?” His amused tone doesn’t go unnoticed.

I shift in his arms. “You’re the long-time member of this club. This is only my second time. So, yes, I’m innocent,” I stand my ground.

He shoots me a suspicious side-glance, his lips pursed.

“What?” I demand. “It’s true.”

“I assume you want to know what I do for a living?”

“Yes. I’d love to know more about you… if that’s okay.”

He reaches out, stroking a sweaty lock of hair back from my face before tucking it behind my ear. “I don’t mind telling you more about myself.”

“Well, it’s only fair since my life is an open book to you,” I sass.

He chuckles.
