Again, I am not a good man. I’ve done enough terrible things to keep Jade to myself that one more didn’t really tip the balance for me. I don’t think theconscience/selfishnessscales in my head are working the best, to be honest.

Now I have to do this fucking robbery knowing my girlfriend hates me. She probably doesn’t even consider herself our girlfriend anymore.

She wants the money and to leave.

I’m scared.

Scared of the things I will do to keep her this time. We won’t let her go anywhere. Ethan and I both know that.

But I don’t want Jade as a captive. I want her happy. I like the way we play, the way we all take care of each other. We’re family, and she should be finding comfort in us. Not betrayal.

“Good morning, sir. How can I help you?” The banker at the counter smiles brightly at me, observing me from head to toe.

I bet I look delicious in a suit. The blond hair, the blue eyes, the sharp jaw. My six-foot-seven figure takes up the whole view in front of her.

If only she knew what kind of monster I really am.

“I’m here to see Natasha Saint.” What a poor name for her. The girl is as desperate for kink as they come. That’s what I’ve been playing with in the last few weeks. The promise to make all her dark dreams come true if she’s patient.

“Of course. May I take your name, sir?”

“No.” I grin, letting the silence stretch before she finally realizes there’s no point insisting and goes to the back.

I look around as I wait, checking everywhere for the cameras. Not that I should need to know where they are. Everything is going to go perfectly fine. I trust every single person working this job. They’re my family.

“Matt, hey!”

I look up as Natasha rounds the counter, giving me a quick hug. Of course, I didn’t give her my real name. If this goes south, she can tell the police that Matt Anderson played and used her to access the safe.

“This is a nice surprise.” She blinks up at me, adjusting her blouse and pencil skirt. “Let’s go to my office.”

I check the time as we walk behind the counter and toward a hallway that leads to her office. It’s 9:03. She opens the dark wooden door and lets me in.

This bank is nice. Luxurious. She’s got a huge glass desk, a coffee area with an espresso machine, and some velvet seats. She must sign some real nice contracts with rich people in here.

“Coffee? I was just going to make myself one. My first meeting isn’t until ten, so you timed this perfectly.”

That I did.

“Coffee sounds nice. How are you, beautiful?”

My throat feels tight saying this word only. Natasha isn’t an ugly woman, by any means. She’s about average height, with long light brown hair, generous boobs, a tight waist. She fits her role as a banker perfectly. She’s smart.

But she’s naïve.

She’s sexually frustrated because she’s scared about what she loves in bed. She never had the courage to tell any of her boyfriends what she really wants and ends up leaving them because they’re too vanilla for her tastes.

We talked about it. I bet we could have been good friends in another life.

One where I’m not using her to rob the bank she works at, or where I don’t have a real girlfriend who is possessive enough to want to kill any woman who talks to me.

One where I don’t dangle her sexual fantasies like a carrot in front of her eyes so she does exactly what I want.

She gives me a cup of coffee, then sits down on one of the velvet chairs. “Please, sit. To what do I owe the pleasure of your visit? Missed me?” She winks playfully and takes a sip of her coffee.

“I’m going to give you what you crave today.”

Her lips part, eyes rounding. “What…what do you mean?”
