“I’ll at least buy you brunch,” I replied, playing with a strand of blonde-on-black hair.

“I haven’t eaten today,” she said.

I laughed. “Do you want me to take you to brunch?”

“I’d like that,” she said, her breath against my neck. “Gives me an opportunity to have more of you today. In a different way.”

“Oh would it now?” I asked, a playful tone in my question. “Imagine that. I would hate for you to feel as if you were missing out on anything. It’s not as if I’m needed for very much else in the world other than to fuck you.”

I wrapped my arms around her and pulled her close to me. She giggled as I buried my face into the crook of her neck, kissing the nape of it gently. She sighed at my touch, slinging an arm around my torso.

“I’m not saying we have to do that today…”

“Why not?” I asked. “Teo told me to entertain you, and we can make it a whole thing. You know, last night…”

I knew I needed to talk about this, but it still felt like it sent my pulse pounding. She waited for me to keep talking.

“I really loved fucking you,” I said. “And I know that Teo made it seem like it was a punishment, but it wasn’t. Not for me. I hope it wasn’t for you.”

“It wasn’t a punishment for me,” she replied quickly. “I loved it.”

I smiled at her, a little sadly. “But you deserve more than that, Sof,” I said. “You deserve to be worshipped.”

She spoke quietly when she did, her fingers interlacing with mine. “You’re very sweet, Grayson,” she said. “But I liked it. The way he was touching me, the way he was exposing me to all of you...I don’t think I’ve ever been that turned on before in my life.”

“I liked it too,” I admitted, and she looked up at me. “I mean, I like seeing you in a sexual way, sure. But it was just sex. Except for when it wasn’t. I got to watch you. You looked fucking stunning when you were draped on his legs like that.”

“Jace was saying that he could have stopped him,” she said. “But I like...I could’ve asked him to stop. And I didn’t. I didn’t want to.”

“Did you want him to keep going?”

After a beat, she nodded. “Yes,” she said. “I wanted him to finger me right then in front of all three of you. Then in the morning I felt so bad about it, like, I don’t know, you guys would see me differently.”

“We wouldn’t see you differently,” I said, my expression serious. “Because you still were who you are. And it doesn’t change anything, Sof. It just adds to it. If I had ever wondered if you were right for us, now I know. Because it’s...you’re hot like that, you know that? You’re pretty smart and cool most of the time but when we do stuff like that with you, watching it unfold is just...”

“What?”

“It’s like watching fireworks go off,” I said.

She looked at me, brown eyes darkening. “What do you mean?”

“I love watching you unravel,” I said. “Seeing you come is my favorite thing. I don’t really care at whose hands you do it. Teo might want a say in it, but I’m just glad I get to be part of it.”

“Grayson,” she sighed, her eyes fluttering closed and then opening to mine. “Fuck.”

“It’s okay,” I said. “I know when it comes to this it’s easy to get nervous. But it’s all right. We’re your boys, Sof. Even now you don’t have to do anything but think about us and we’ll give you everything. And we like fucking you too. I know Teo can be a lot, but getting you ready to come in my arms, I’ll always be grateful for that.”

“You’re my boys?” she repeated, raising her brows as she did.

“Yeah, we...”

I was about to answer her when I heard the sound of something in the rafters, which was strange. I was too busy with the afterglow and our conversation that I hadn’t noticed anyone around, and it immediately put me on high alert.

It was my job to notice. And I was being careless.

“Wait,” I said. “Did you hear that?”

Sofia shook her head.
