I stay on my knees in front of her, pulling her to me so she can taste her sweet pussy on my lips. She grabs ahold of the back of my head and pulls me into her. She fucking loves this, so I swoop my tongue into her mouth so she can suck herself off of it.

When we finally pull away and I adjust myself in my pants, still rock fucking hard, I glance up at the front of the plane to see everyone still laughing and talking, and I realize they are none the wiser.

“You were hurrying me for no reason, Evelina,” I tell her. “Look, we had plenty more time for me to worship that needy cunt of yours.”

The blush only further rises on her cheeks as she tries to use a hand towel next to her to dab up some of the wet spots she’s left behind.

“You drive me insane,” she says.

“But you love it.” I wink, and she rolls those beautiful green eyes of hers.

Dom’s deep voice calls from up front, “Hey, lovebirds, we’re about to land, and apparently we’ve got company on the ground.”

EVELINA

Well, that sounded much more ominous than it actually is.

Once we’ve cleared the jet and see who’s awaiting our arrival, Niccolò informs me it’s three capos from the Fiore family, along with two women.

I’m the last to descend the stairs just as the three men approach our men, and for a second, I think there’s about to be some weird tension, but then all of the men break out in laughter and start slapping each other on the backs. Real bro shit, and I’m suddenly relieved.

“Do you know any of them?” I ask Giana, sidling up next to her as Niccolò, Dante, Dom, Matteo, and Leo make their rounds with the three Fiores.

The clouds darken, and it starts to drizzle as thunder rumbles away in the distance.

Giana shakes her head with a smile. “Not a single clue. But everyone is so good-looking, it’s almost physically painful.”

That gets a smile from me as I look around at all of the sharply dressed men we’re surrounded by. Most have dark hair and dark eyes, but there’s a couple who are blond—Leo and one of the Fiore men. It reminds me of Enzo, and I want to throw up.

I do my best to never think of him. Any time thoughts of my husband swarm through my head, I push them out. I don’t want to remember the hurt he caused. I want to move the fuck on and forget he exists.

I wonder if hestillexists…

The two women are dressed to the nines and looking straight out of aReal Housewivesreality show. I’d like to think we dress nice in Chicago, but they look like they are dripping in money—red-bottomed shoes, diamonds around their necks and wrists…

“Let’s go to one of our clubs, show you how we treat our friends in the city,” one of the Fiore men says with a bright-white smile. “We can do proper introductions while we settle in.”

* * *

The club is unreal. The DeSantises have a lot of beautiful businesses, especially clubs—like Dante’s, Checkmate Enterprises. Still, I don’t think any compare to the club we’re walking into.

We’ve ridden the elevator all the way up from the bottom floor, which is just as beautiful. As the elevator dings and our group walks out into the main area, I am floored. The area is composed of floor-to-ceiling windows, without even one wall on the exterior, so if you were to stand and spin around, you’d get a 360-degree view of New York City.

It’s nighttime now, and the city is lit up. I swear they wouldn’t even need a light in this place, and it would still be well lit, just from the buildings outside shining in.

“This place is gorgeous!” Giana says, nudging me with her arm on one side of me as Niccolò keeps his hand entwined with mine.

I continue to rove my gaze over the beautiful interior in front of me as we walk to an area that’s partially closed off with a curtain that’s essentially all hanging diamonds. The floors are black with neon-white lights running horizontally on each board, and there are circular tables with lit candles on one side of the room. The other is home to a very large bar that’s gold plated with matching gold barstools.

It's extravagant and otherworldly.

And I can’t believe I’m here.

“Right this way, viper.” Niccolò motions for me to enter beyond the diamond curtain, and I move forward, his hand on the small of my back.

Everyone is still standing as Niccolò and I find seats alongside Giana and Dante. Once we’re all around the table, everyone finally sits as a waiter takes everyone’s drink orders.
