I closed my eyes.
I didn't even want to see the romantic monstrosity that Lucien had come up with. His depraved mind wasn't capable of sweet and happy thoughts. I heard Duncan and Killian letting out muffled snickers that turned into outright laughter.
I braced myself and turned around and let out my own snort of laughter.
Lucien stood there with a huge pink basket in his arms. The content of the basket was empty and instead was hopped up on his shoulder. A fluffy white rabbit with long floppy ears that was currently shitting on his shirt.
"Omegas are said to enjoy the company of bunnies," he explained through clenched teeth, a pained look on his face.
"That is so sweet, Lucien," said Adrianna, rushing over to hug the bunny. "You guys stop laughing at him. I love it so much!" She exclaimed, peppering Lucien's face with kisses.
"So sweet, Lucien," Killian repeated with a straight face.
"Yes, so sweet," Duncan added, guffawing loudly.
Lucien's face turned bright red, and he turned on his heel, muttering something about changing his shirt and don't wait up for him.
Adrianna admonished us, and she hugged and cuddled the bunny close to her chest. My cock hardened even more watching her stroke and sweet-talked the lucky bastard.
I bet every alpha in the room wished they were that bunny right at this moment.

After much coaxing, I placed the adorable bunny down in the pink basket.
He was so cuddly and his scent made me want to stay in and play with him all day long. Lucien was right. I was super attached to the bunny the minute I laid eyes on him. Kayden had to assure me multiple times that someone would check up on him while we were out and about.
I put on the super cute flats and smelled the flowers one last time before heading out of the room on Kayden's arm. Excitement fluttered in my belly and I couldn't wait for the tour to start.
First, we toured the place we were staying and my jaw dropped. The mansion we had stayed at in West Virginia was a child's dollhouse compared to where we were now. This felt more like a palace, complete with butlers, maids, chefs, gardeners, security guards and whatnot.
Everything was gilded and golden, and it literally felt like I had stepped into heaven.
I oohed and ahhed in every room, and Kayden's chest swelled up in satisfaction and pride. I could tell he was a little nervous showing me his home and my reactions were completely genuine. It was a magnificent home, and it felt like we were royalty.
We exited the house and walked out onto the perfectly manicured grounds. I saw children squealing and running freely, playing games on the lawn, and my heart melted. In the far distance, I could see a cute little ice cream shop.
"Oh my god! We are so going there!" I squealed out.
"Anything for you, baby," Kayden said sweetly, and my heart melted even further.
He called over a golf cart and helped me up inside. He walked over to the driver's spot and sat in. The others piled in behind us. They were letting him take the lead on this outing. I sat down, grateful for the rest. Truth be told, my legs were getting a little sore touring the entire palace like home.
It was a hell of a lot of walking, and I knew I couldn't make it all the way to the ice cream shop on my own.
I sat back; the wind flew through my hair as we made our way over to the shop. Killian made his usual jokes while Duncan brought up the current news. Lucien remained silent as was his norm and Kayden pointed out various buildings that we passed by.
We reached the ice cream shop and walked in. The beta owner hurried over to welcome us in, honored to have the alphas of the pack in his store.
"Over here we have our newly renovated, private omega room, so you can all be more comfortable." He said, showing us up the stairs, past the regular customer tables.
We went into the opulent room, and it was full of pink fur and various seating pillows with a low, round table in the middle. He gave us the ice cream menu and closed the door, telling us to call him when we were ready for our orders.
"Omega room? Were you guys mated before to another omega?" I said, unexpected pangs of jealousy shooting through me at the thought of them enjoying this room with another omega.
Kayden laughed and hugged me close.
"No, baby. I open my pack lands and allow other packs to visit here, and sometimes their alphas bring their omegas along with them. Not all packs are as fortunate as mine to have all these amenities."
