For now, I just enjoyed the closeness of Duncan and Killian. I snuggled in closer to their warmth, my eyes drifting shut as I went back to sleep.

I awoke to find Lucien had gone out and fetched me some breakfast. I would need my strength for the rest of my heat. I scarfed down the food, also from a restaurant. Killian really needed to get back into the kitchen. His cooking skills were much better, in my opinion.

I spent the rest of the next few days in and out of heat.

I was knotted many times and the other times were spent in deep conversation and laughter. I had never experienced such a depth of love before. My heart felt like it could burst with emotion.

Honestly, life couldn't get any better than this.

A couple of days later, I was sitting on the beach with my alphas for breakfast. It was magical, with the wind flying in my hair and Duncan feeding me biscuits.

The sun has just begun to rise, casting a soft, golden glow across the tranquil beach. Before me lay a breakfast feast, an array of delicious treats that the alphas and I shared. Laughter and chatter filled the air as my four alphas sat around me, their smiles warming my heart.

"Eat up, love," said Duncan, laughing as I swiped at a pesky bee.

Kayden cleared his throat, drawing my attention. His gaze was intense, his hand holding a small velvet box.

Duncan drew me up to my feet.

"What's going on?" I asked in confusion.

Then, as one, all the alphas kneeled on one knee at my feet. Kayden spoke up.

"Adrianna, we have already been officially mated according to our customs. But we also wanted to honor the life that you grew up in and the world in which you are most familiar. That being said, would you do us the greatest honor of marrying us?" He said solemnly, his heart in his eyes.

Kayden opened the box dramatically, revealing an exquisite ring. I squealed and clapped my hands with joy. This was better than any rom com I could have ever watched.

"Yes!" I burst out, happiness exploding in my chest. He slid the ring onto my finger, and I marveled at its beauty. There were four tiny gemstones all grouped together into one ring. A diamond, an emerald, a ruby, and a sapphire.

It was beautiful and unique, a perfect representation of our union.

I kissed each of them, overwhelmed by their thoughtfulness and gesture.

"Would you like to get married today, baby?" He asked me.

I gasped in excitement.

"I'm gonna need some time to do my makeup to match the dress, but of course!" I exclaimed. The beach was filled with chuckles at my words.

"Take all the time you need. The ceremony will begin at sunset." Kayden assured me with a grin.

I gazed at myself in the full-length mirror and pinched myself to make sure I wasn't dreaming. I looked like a vision in a stunning white dress that the alphas provided for me. One of the maids helped me put my hair up in a fancy French updo. The engagement ring sparkled on my finger, and I was ready to be married.

I felt a twinge of sadness that my mother was not here to see me in my dress. I straightened my necklace and comforted myself that I would soon visit her after I settled fully into my life here.

I walked out of the room and made my way down the stairs to the front door. My long train rustled behind me with every step that I took. I reached the front door, unsure of what to expect. Kayden had only said to be here at sunset and nothing more.

The front door opened, revealing my father.

"Dad!" I exclaimed in happiness. "How are you here!?"

He was dressed in a dark brown plaid suit and had a twinkle in his eye.

"You didn't think I was going to miss my eldest's wedding now, did you?" He replied cheerfully.

I pulled him in for a long hug, inhaling his familiar coffee and books scent.

"And Momma?" I asked him hopefully.
