He presses his hand over my mouth. His lips are tight and his eyes are burning as he murmurs, “Say it and you’re going over my shoulder. We’re going into the first empty room I find, and I won’t care who hears us.”

I smile under his hand.

When we reach the others, he releases me and gives me a look that threatens he means it before he slowly pulls his palm from my mouth.

“What’s with silencing our omega, Ky?” Rune asks.

“She’s saying things that make me want to do bad things to her.” Kylian gives me a long look. “Again.”

I smile innocently at him. “He wanted to know what I was wearing under my dress. I was trying to tell him and he wouldn’t let me.”

My three alphas stare at me. None of them do a thing to hide their desire for me, and it’s the most incredible thing to see. And powerful. They make me feel like I’m the center of their world. I love the feeling almost as much as I love the three men I’m lucky enough to call mine.

Kylian sighs. “You see what I mean? Every word is designed to drive me fucking crazy.”

Grinning, I hold my hand out to Cian. “Dance?”

He kisses my knuckles, tugs me toward him, and dances us back into the dance floor. “You have smooth moves for an intermediate dancer.”

“Intermediate? Not advanced yet?” He raises a brow as he strokes the tips of his fingers down my back, making my breath catch. “There are some moves I might’ve been holding back.”

“Like?” I’m starting to wish we weren’t on the dance floor but in this empty room Kylian was threatening to drag me into.

Cian spins me. This isn’t the slow, controlled motion he showed me before. This is a multiple salsa spin that makes the world a blur, whips my hair into my face, and has me giggling. It isfun.

I’m laughing when my gaze clashes with a familiar pair of blue eyes and my smile dims.

Cian urges me close to his body and presses his mouth to my ear. “What’s wrong?”

“Nothing,” I deny.

Lie. I don’t know how Lucie scored an invitation to our party. Maybe she’s someone else’s plus-one or she found another way to slip in. Either way, I was not expecting to see the alpha who shoved me to the ground outside the hotel ever again.

Not wanting to cause a scene, I try to smile it off. I really wish she weren’t here to remind me of a humiliating moment I still can’t bring myself to tell Cian, Rune, and Kylian about.

Cian stops mid-dance, right in the middle of the dance floor. He doesn’t seem to even notice everyone having to dance awkwardly around us.

“Cian?”

“Something killed your smile. Please tell me what it is.”

Soft orders from three certain alphas will always be one of my weaknesses. Like always, it’s the woman who responds to them instead of the omega in me.

“I saw a woman who… well, she got in my way when I was trying to see you at the hotel.”

“Justgot in your way?”

This man sees far too much.

I hesitate.

“Everleigh?” he quietly prompts.

“A little more than getting in my way.” More like shoving me to the ground and exposing my panties to the world.

His dark green eyes sharpen. “I remember your dress was ripped, and you had mascara on your face like you’d been crying. I thought you’d tripped and fallen. That didn’t happen, did it?”

After a moment, I shake my head.
