"The only thing I can say is that it was out of this world and that I want more."

"Oh my God, Frankie. Don't tell me that you are falling in love with him."

"I'm not. What makes you think that I am?"

"Your refusal to tell me details. It means that you care about him and want to keep seeing him."

"Well, yeah, but it's still just a shipboard romance. After that, he's going to Tibet."

"Why Tibet?"

"I don't know. Something about treasure hunting, flea market finds hunting, or something like that. Doug and his friends deal in antiques that they find all over the world."

"That's a damn shame. How long is he going to be gone?"

"I don't know." Frankie put a hand over her chest. "I don't plan on waiting around for him. I met another guy today." She wasn't interested in Max, but she could introduce him to Margo. "You'll like him. He has that boy-next-door charm with a little bad boy mixed in."

"Ooh, tell me more. Is he tall?"

"Yep." She was about to continue when her doorbell rang. "I'll tell you about him tomorrow. Doug is here to pick me up."

"Have fun tonight."

"Thank you. You too."

"I'll try." Margo sighed. "Snap a picture of him and send it to me."

"Whose? Doug's or Max's?"

"Both."

Laughing, Frankie ended the call, put her phone in her evening bag, and walked to open the door.

"Hello, handsome." She gave Dagor a thorough once-over.

Standing with his hand in his pocket and one eyebrow lifted, he made a great James Bond impression, only she didn't think that he'd seen any of the movies.

Dagor always had an air of quiet confidence about him, but draped in a finely tailored tuxedo, he exuded sophistication. The jacket hugged his broad shoulders while the trousers accentuated his lean physique. Polished black shoes completed the ensemble. Every detail, from his cufflinks to the subtle pocket square, spoke of a man who had put a lot of thought into his appearance, and she wondered whether he had done it for her.

He'd never looked more like a god than he did now.

The dark hair that was impeccably styled, the piercing blue eyes, the chiseled jawline with a hint of stubble added a touch of ruggedness to his otherwise polished appearance—it was enough to make a girl get dizzy and suffer another fainting spell.

However, it never came because Dagor reached for her waist and pulled her to him. "Wow, Frankie. You look stunning."

With the spell broken, Frankie lifted a hand to his chest. "Don't mess up my hair, or Mia will kill us both. She spent over an hour on this updo."

Dagor laughed. "I wouldn't dare." He let go of her waist and took her hand. "Come on, princess. Let's do this wedding."

Orion

As Orion stood at the foot of the podium with his groomsmen and his father by his side and his newfound family seated around the tables, his eyes were glued to the dining hall's closed doors.

Soon, his bride would be coming through there, and they would pledge their lives to each other. It wasn't as if they needed the ceremony for that, but it felt right to tell Alena how he felt about her in front of her entire family.

They were all there, looking at him with acceptance and fondness that made him feel like he belonged.

The feeling was priceless.
