“Incase you haven’t been paying attention, I choose you. And even though I haven’t metmyFlower yet, I’m still here until she shows up and if she never shows up, then I’ll just learn to love Alexis. It’ll always be you, whichever name you use. I’m still going to be here, because I see you.”

How was it all so easy for him to say? Like nothing ever happened, like we’d always been like this. He didn’t even hold back one bit.

But was it that easy? Could I just forget everything and live my life the way I’d always wanted? Of course I couldn’t. This was who I was now and if I slacked, I would be the one to get hurt again.

I could stop if it was before I killed Troy and Rick, but I already did, and Cedric Antonio would stop at nothing to bring Alex down. If I ever decided to stop, he would look for me and hurt everyone around me, including Jayden and if I wanted Jayden to be hurt, it should be becauseIwanted to hurt him and not someone else.

“So bye. I’ll um… should I come back?” He asked, smiling cockily.

“Please no, never come back.”

He pouted. “Then how do I return the interlink?”

“Drop it now, I don’t support snitching on your family. With or without information, I can kill y’all.”

“Wow too much information, Alex,” he playfully quoted my name in the air.

I didn’t know why he wasn’t taking me seriously anymore, but I didn’t like it. I needed to do something to make him know that I wasn’t the same ‘Flower’ he thought he knew.

“Just leave.” I waved my hand to dismiss him.

“I’ll be back. Please promise me you’ll open up for me when I knock,” he pleaded, holding up his pinky finger.

“We’re not seven and ten anymore. Seeing your little finger up just makes me want to break it and cause you pain, nothing else.” He immediately lowered his finger, his eyes widened.

“You are too mean.”

He wore his T-shirt and sweatpants, after which he took his car key from the vanity table.

Ah, so he brought a car yesterday. I’d been too busy to notice.

“Bye, and don’t forget,” he pointed at his interlink, then at mine. “Pay attention. If you’re caught, run away.” I scoffed.

He flashed a smile at me and left.

Jayden. I didn’t know what to do about him. I caressed the bandage on my arm and stared at the door for a while before I plopped on the bed with a deep sigh.

He got a call that took him about a minute to pick.

“What?” He snapped.

That was rude, I didn’t know he could speak like that. The caller chuckled and cleared their throat.

“Calm down,” a deep voice rang out. “I wanted to ask if you’re still coming, we’re all waiting for you.”

I sucked in breaths. That was one of the Antonios, but which one? I should make a guess before the name came in.

Daniel? It could only be Daniel, they never agreed on anything.

“Why are all of you monitoring my movements?” Jayden snapped again. It was still surprising to know he could talk like that. “Tell your father that I’ll get there when I get there, Raphael. And how many times do I have to tell you to never call me again?”

Raphael? But he and Raphael were so close, what happened? I remembered that he and Raphael weren’t okay with their dad ordering them to rape me. His voice had changed so much.

“You can never forgive me, can you?” Forgive him for what? “For the thousandth time, I’m sorry for joining them to jerk off to Jordan’s video. How long are you going to be mad at me for?”

I gasped. Jerking off to Jordan’s video?I am Jordan. He jerked off to my rape video? These people were fucking sick if they jerked off to videos of me screaming.

“Shut. The. Fuck. Up.” Jayden seethed. He must know I was hearing, afterall he was the one who gave me the interlink.
