Despite my apprehension, I understand Rose needs this. I dislike seeing her struggle with her father. I expect it will be painful for her, regardless of the outcome. Rose

Duringtheupcomingdays,we dedicated our time to planning and arranging a meeting with Lena and Aldo. After careful consideration, we settled on the quiet and deserted docks, where abandoned factories dot the surroundings. It’s an ideal location, as nobody frequents it. To help me communicate with Lena, Demetrius kindly offered his help. Aldo will also be present at the meeting. Throughout this period, Vlad has been my constant companion, always affectionate with his touches and kisses.

I deeply appreciate his concern for my well-being. However, I understand he has his own responsibilities and cannot solely focus on me. Demetrius requires his help in securing enough weapons and ammunition for what may lie ahead. They must ensure that they inform all families about the situation. I expect that the meeting with the men will not be smooth, as history has shown. It is necessary and I hope they will understand the gravity of the circumstances. I do not want them to be burdened by my father’s actions or any potential consequences.

“I love you too, Rose, and I promise you I will do everything in my power to ensure your happiness and provide the life you truly deserve. You are my everything, and I will always protect you.” He gently brushed the hair away from my face, cupping my cheeks as he pulled me closer, our lips meeting in a tender kiss.

The kiss is deep and passionate and when he pulls away; we are both panting.

"Don't worry, Vlad, everything will work out the way it should. I have a good feeling. I have hope that we can do this. I want us to have the life we have dreamed of. But the first step is getting Lena and Aldo on our side. You know I can defend myself and I know you will watch over me with the snipers."

"I know, and I will be back by your side. Soon. Just remember how much I love you."
