Raashi smiled as she returned to them. “What’s up?”

Jiya scowled. “What was that display back there?”

“Why are Keya and you suddenly on Team Rohan?” Akash put forth. Then he raised his hands up. “Wait. It’s not a complaint. I’m happy to see you all getting along, finally. But seriously, how? When? And why has no one told us?”

“I’d like the answer to that as well,” Shauna said. “I’m pretty sure Rohan and you must have interacted several times to organize this event. Until recently, he was‘he who shall not be named’around you.”

Raashi plucked Shauna’s cheek. “You’re cute.”

“I know!” Shauna shifted her face away. “Don’t deflect.”

“Exactly.” Jiya gave her sister a pointed look. “It’s one thing to support me and my choices, even if that included Rohan; it’s quite another to be accepting of him so easily. Mind telling us what brought about this change of mind?”

Raashi was silent for a moment.

“Rohan made up with Keya and me,” she finally said softly.

Jiya’s mouth fell open.

“What?” Jiya finally managed to say. “When? How?”

Raashi pressed her lips. “We’ve all been so stupid, you know. Our feud was ridiculous. We could have ended it years ago, but we didn’t, as neither of us made the first move. Our egos were so big. But Rohan decided to be the bigger person, and now we are all free of that nonsense between us.”

“This is huge!” Akash said wide-eyed.

“Oh my God,” Shauna squealed. “Unbelievable. You, Keya, and Rohan are friends now.”

“We’re trying to be,” Raashi accepted.

Whoa! This was huge. It was actually incredible. For Rohan to make the first move and mend things with Raashi and Keya was… It was unexpected.

Raashi looked at Jiya. “He has an unhappy past. His history isn’t pleasant, and now I understand why he is the way he is.”

Jiya gasped. “He told you?”

“Yes.”

Bloody hell. This was just too much to comprehend. Rohan had actually opened up to her sister… Her sister!

Raashi sighed. “I have a feeling he made up with us and told us everything because of you.”

Realization dawned on her.

“So that’s why you’re on Team Rohan,” Jiya said. “I knew there was more to it.”

Raashi kissed her cheek. “No, the only team I’ve always been on is yours. Rohan doesn’t know anything about the conversation we had two days ago and your plans. Although, I do know he’s dying to find out where your heart is. Is it with him or with Aditya?”

“I’m sure he is,” Akash gave Jiya a playful grin.

Jiya had already filled him in on everything that had happened between Raashi and her over the phone. He’d been her strongest supporter when she’d decided her way ahead in life, and as expected, he’d promised to be by her side, no matter what. She truly was blessed with good friends.

Shauna giggled. “First, Rohan makes up with Raashi and Keya, and then he throws a party inviting most of the people Jiya is friends with. It means only one thing.”

“What thing?” Jiya asked, still not sure how to feel about her sister’s revelations.

“He’s changing foryou,” Shauna said. “He’s learning to play by your unwritten rules.”

“What does that mean?” Akash asked.
