I used my favorite soap that smelled like vanilla. As my hands ran over my skin, I remembered how it had felt when Stefan had touched me.

Soon, another ache had started between my legs.

This was all so confusing to me.

Why I was craving Nick’s best friend confounded me.

I loved Nick.

He was all I wanted.

But when Stefan was around—my body responded to him without my approval.

I’d never in my life been attracted to two men at the same time.

I shook my head and finished up my shower.

After I brushed my teeth and made sure my makeup was properly removed, I let my hair back down.

It definitely needed help. I picked up the hairbrush and got the knots out of it.

Then, I strolled into the bedroom and chose a pretty, pink negligée to wear.

This one went down to my ankles, and I loved the luxurious texture of the silk. It touched my skin with the gentle fingertips of a cautious lover.

I could feel my nipples harden again as it moved across my breasts.

Nick was already in bed, the covers up to his waist. He had a book in his hand which he promptly set down as soon as I pulled the blanket back.

He put his arms out to me, and I gladly snuggled up into his side. “We should talk about what happened today,” he said, his hands running up and down my arm and back. “I’m sure you must have some questions.”

I nodded and asked, “Have you two—shared your girlfriends before?”

Nick cleared his throat and kept rubbing. “Yes, Stefan and I have been sharing women since we were teenagers.”

Wow, I had not expected to hear him say that.

So, they’d probably been sharing women before I was even alive.

“Why?”

He chuckled a low, deep laugh. “Did you have fun tonight?” he asked, and I nodded. He knew I had. “Exactly. That’s why.”

“Have one of you ever gotten—jealous?” I asked, playing with his chest hair while I waited for his answer.

“He’s a very, very important part of my life. My early years were—challenging. And Stefan was always there for me. We have a great deal of trust between us. And when you share that with someone, then—it’s easier and more fun to share in other ways as well.”

Nick rolled me onto my pillow, and he leaned against his elbow. “There’s no jealousy because we both want the best for each other. He knows how much I love you.” His fingers danced over the silk material on my breasts.

“He’d never try to take you away from me. He loves me, and also loves that I’ve found someone like you.” His hand rested on my breast, and he played with me. “And I love him and trust him so much, that sharing you with my best friend makes me happy.”

“You liked watching him fuck me,” I stated the truth. I’d watched his face while Stefan had touched me and fucked me. Nick got off on it. Absolutely.

A huge smile tipped up the corners of his lips. “Yes, I very much liked watching him fuck you. I get to see you close up when we fuck. And it’s unbelievable. But watching another man touch you, and kiss you—watching your reaction to his attentions—is amazingly satisfying.”

Even though it was many degrees of fucked up, in some odd way I understood what he meant. “Watching you with Charmaine was hot,” I said, starting to feel a wetness between my thighs again. “But I felt jealous.”

He grinned and kissed me sweetly on the lips. “Yes, because you didn’t love Charmaine. You knew Charmaine had an agenda. She was your competition. There is no competition between me and my friend. He knows you’re mine. And he respects that.”
