“No,” I told him and reached for his hand. “I love you because I feel it everywhere. I wanted you to know. If it’s too soon, I understand.”
“I love you too, Reed.” His gaze lifted to Casper, who hadn’t moved from where I left him. “I love you, Casper.”
“Elic,” Casper whispered.
Elic reached his free arm out for Casper, who needed that to get him moving. He got onto the bed and crawled between Elic and me to kiss Elic then drop his face to Elic’s neck. “I love you too. Both of you.”
“Thank you, Cas.” Elic’s arm went around him to hug him close.
When Casper released Elic and set his sights on me, the time for confessions was over. Casper stretched toward the side of the bed and opened the nightstand drawer.
