Tristan’s hips moved faster as he rutted against me. We weren’t so much kissing as we were pressed together from head to toe, not wanting any space between us.

“I’m going to come,” he panted. “I can’t... It’s been a while and I—”

“Let go, baby.”

A sharp cry left his lips as he bucked and came, his hot cum landing on my dick and stomach. He didn’t stop until he was wrung out. I thought he would finish me off with his hand, but he held on to my balls as he lowered himself down my body. Tristan parted his lips and swallowed my cum-covered dick, tasting himself and me at the same time.

One deep suck, a rough swallow, then a drag of his tongue, and I shot down his throat, my body arching from the couch so I could grasp his face in my hands and hold him in place. Cum dripped from the sides of his lips, but Tristan didn’t pull away as I gave him everything I had.

Finally through the orgasm, I released him and fell back on the couch. I heard him suck in a gulp of air. Leveraging up on my elbow, I held his gaze, making sure he was okay.

He wiped the extra cum from his lips and offered me a lust-drunk smile. “Twenty minutes and I’ll be ready to go again.”

I busted out laughing. Oh, the three of us were going to have a lot of fun together. This was just Tristan and me, and I was happier than I’d been in a long time. Once we added Dash to the mix—three naked bodies together—I would float from sheer joy. Fuck, I couldn’t wait.

There was an electric charge in the air and not the kind from an impending storm. This was the charge of the tens of thousands in attendance as an all-day music festival in West Dremest played out. We didn’t always get to perform in the festival depending on our tour schedule, but when we did, I cherished every second. The local crowds were always our favorite. No matter what song we played, or what time slot we were in, they showed up for us and cheered their hearts out.

“You can feel it, right?” I rubbed my hands together. Energy coursed through me. I couldn’t wait to take it out on my drums.

“I can,” Slater said. He stood beside me as we waited backstage for our turn. The last band wrapped up, and the stage was being readied for us.

Reed was off to the side with Casper and Elic in their own little bubble. I was waiting for Romeo and Tristan to arrive. They got caught in traffic.

I still couldn’t wrap my head around Tristan working for Jordan. When they told me, my first reaction was to forbid it. After I reined myself in, I did my best to support Tristan. There were safeguards in place. He wouldn’t be seen coming or going from Jordan’s building since Jordan would come to him. Tristanwould also be on the books as a legal employee and nothing shady. I didn’t like it though.

Jordan Altair Sr. came with a massive reputation. The only good part of it was from those who lived in East Dremest and loved the way he took care of his half of the city. Minimal crime, no garbage littering the streets. He donated a lot of money to the improvement of the city and had more cops in his pocket than guards. He was who he was and did a lot of illegal shit. I didn’t want that anywhere near Romeo or Tristan. Now they were both entwined with him. I wasn’t willing to let either of them go, so I shut my mouth, smiled, and said I was happy Tristan found a new job.

I thoroughly enjoyed hearing how Tristan stood up for himself to his asshole boss and how Jordan stepped in to tell the boss to shove Tristan’s job up his ass. Jordan wasn’t all bad, but it definitely outweighed the good.

“Hey,” I heard from behind me.

Turning, I found Romeo and Tristan, both pink in the cheeks, thanks to the walk to get where I was and the heat outside. There was a lot of security they had to get through. I was certain Jordan’s man who covered Romeo wasn’t happy about not following him. Then I saw Bruno lingering in the back. Whatever he did to be allowed here was his business.

Dexen, Greer, and JJ came over to us. JJ’s grin was the biggest. “This is wild. I can’t believe how big it is back here. Way different from being backstage at the fair.”

“Little bit.” I smiled. “I’m glad you guys could make it.”

“Are you kidding me?” Greer asked with a laugh. “JJ would have come without us if we couldn’t. He wasn’t missing this.”

“Did you watch any of the other concerts?” I asked.

JJ shook his head. “We’re only here for you guys.”

I saw Dexen lean in to whisper something to Romeo. Dexen had texted me repeatedly after that night in the club whenRomeo had a panic attack. He didn’t want to bother Romeo, but wanted to make sure he was okay. I didn’t think Romeo realized it, but Dexen had brought him into his extended family. Once you were in, there was no getting out, not that anyone would want to leave. The band was in their circle too. If only we could get JJ and Val to chill a bit. However, I loved the way they enjoyed our music.

Speaking of... Val came tearing around the corner with the backstage pass swaying around his neck. “Did I miss it?”

“You’re good,” JJ told him and swung his arm over Val’s shoulders. “Look at us. We’ve made it.”

“You’ve made it backstage,” Casper corrected. “Unless you’d like to follow us out there.” He thumbed over his shoulder to the stage.

“Don’t tease me, Casper,” Val chided. “You know I’d get up there and lip sync my heart out. I wouldn’t want to scare your fans with my actual voice.”

A guy stopped next to us to tell us we were about to go on. I pulled Romeo and Tristan to the side. Reaching up, I held them both by the backs of their necks, needing to touch them and have them close.
