“Take it off. Or I’ll take it off for you.”

I practically melted into a puddle of pure arousal at his words. I did as he commanded, slipping out of my bikini bottom and tossing it aside, followed by untying the string of my top and removing it. When I was totally bare, he pulled his black boxer briefs down his legs and threw them aside. His cock was solid and stiff.

He knelt behind me, wrapping his huge arm around my middle and pulling my ass up, his head grazing my lips. I couldn’t wait any longer. I reached behind me, taking his cock and guiding it to my pussy, pressing my ass back against him until he was inside me.

Logan’s thickness stretched me out, filling me in exactly the way I wanted to be filled. Through the pleasure, I turned and watched as his cock vanished into me, his body moving closer to mine until he was buried deep.

“God, you feel so fucking good.” He growled the words into my ear, making me moan again from the sensation of his hot breath against my skin.

I pushed my ass up, forcing him into me as deeply as he would go. Logan got the message, pulling back and driving into me firmly, another cry coming from my lungs as he entered again. He pulled back and entered again, then again, then again,my ass shaking from the collision of our bodies, the pleasure ripping through me.

He soon steadied into a slow, deep rhythm. I could hardly believe how good he felt, the richness of the pleasure he instilled in me. He was in total control.

The way Logan made love to me was the perfect blend of sensual and firm. It didn’t take long before another orgasm was on the verge. His thrusting grew faster until he released, his cock pulsing inside as my own orgasm exploded through me. My back arched, my limbs stiffening as I cried out, a hard grunt shooting from his mouth as his muscles tensed.

He poured into me, his warm seed shooting deep. I closed my eyes and savored it, not wanting to miss even a single sensation of how goddamn good this man made me feel.

Chapter 20

Logan

“Someone’s a million miles away.”

I should’ve been focused on the moment. Because the moment was a damn good one. Cool air breezed into the bedroom through the open windows, the hush of the waves upon the shore audible in the distance. Then there was the gorgeous, impossibly sexy woman curled up at my side.

Emily had noticed that my mind was somewhere else. In my defense, how could it not be? It’d been less than an hour ago that I’d fought off a damn invasion and attempted kidnapping on my own goddamn island.

Rage burned deep inside. I wanted to kill Charles, to rip him limb-from-limb. My island was one thing—a belonging that could be replaced like any other. What truly caused the anger to boil was how he’d put Emily, his own daughter, at such great risk. All it would’ve taken was a single bullet to shoot wide.

Emily sat up, an expression of concern on her face.

“Seriously, something’s wrong.”

That was another bother, how easily Emily made my emotions come to the forefront. I took pride in not being easy to read. The way I felt about Emily, however, caused me to wear my emotions right there on my sleeve.

I wasn’t normally one to talk openly about my feelings, and I wasn’t planning on starting. All the same, I had to say something to her. She’d gone through it with me, after all.

“Thinking about the attack.”

She let out an amused snort. “Logan, why not let me in a little bit? Are you worried? Scared? Tell me.” Emily reached forward and placed her hand on my chest, right over my heart.

Scared? Worried? I didn’t have time for such frivolous, useless emotions. Anger wasn’t much better, but at least that particular emotion had the potential to motivate.

“Just pissed that it happened, pissed that you came so close to getting hurt.”

“But I wasn’t hurt. You saved me.”

“Yeah, I did. But if I had shown up just a few minutes later…”

Emily shook her head. “Youdidn’tshow up a few minutes later. You showed up right on time. And damn, that was something else to see you at work. Where the hell did you learn those kinds of moves anyway?”

I wasn’t in the mood for a conversation about my past.

“Don’t worry about it.”

She opened her mouth to object, but closed it before saying anything, shaking her head with a smirk on her face, as if she’d been silly to have expected any other answer.

“And letting Marta onto the island,” I went on. “That was sloppy and foolish.”
