“They look like you.”

I grinned. “It’s a curse. Good looking genes run in the family. Though I’m better looking than all of them.”

She chuckled at that. “Not modest one bit, are you?”

“Nope. I’m sex on a stick and know it.”

“He’s also full of shit too,” Priest muttered, sitting beside me. “Ignore him, Henley. We all do.”

“I’ve seen you before. You help out at the Rosewood church sometimes.”

Priest nodded. “Yeah. Though I don’t spend as much time as I would like there. The club keeps me rather busy. I’m Priest by the way.”

“It’s nice to meet you.” She smiled as Frank waved then winked at her.

“You’ve already met King. Well, the angry woman beside him is Bailey, his wife. Next to her is Skylar, then Pyro. King and Pyro are blood brothers. Their other brother, Gunner, is the one about to be a new daddy for the first time. His wife is Sarah. She’s the daughter of Mike and Beth Brewer.”

“Oh wow. You all are really a family, aren’t you?”

“Brothers till the end.” Priest added.

“It’s just me and Devlyn. I always wanted a brother, but Mom and Dad stopped when they had me.”

“Can’t beat perfection, baby.”

I grinned, hugging her tighter as Cameron shouted, running into the room with Enigma chasing after him, “Are they here yet?!”

“Fuck, kid, that was an old man in a walker you damn near took out. Slow down.”

I chuckled as Carmon flipped Enigma the one finger bird. “Slow ass man should have moved.”

“CAMERON!” Skylar and Pyro both shouted.

“Well, are they here?”

“Not yet, little dude,” Frank said, walking over and picking the varmint up. “What do you say we go raid the cafeteria?”

“I could eat,” the kid responded happily.

“No sugar!” Skylar asserted as they walked away, only to stop dead in their tracks as Gunner appeared. Sitting up, I smiled when I saw that my brother had the biggest grin on his face and tears in his eyes.

All of us got to our feet, anxiously waiting for him to tell us the good news as we all moved towards him.

“Well?” King growled, stepping closer.

“Thirty fingers. Thirty toes. They are perfect.”

“That’s great, numbnuts,” Bailey deadpanned. “But what are they?”

Gunner sniffed, wiping away his tears, and said, “I have two daughters and a son. Elizabeth Bailey, Cassandra Sky and Michael Dimeter.”

The second I heard him say his son’s name, I grabbed him, hugging him tightly. “Congratulations, brother. I’m so happy for you.”

“They’re beautiful, Scribe. I’ve never seen anything more beautiful before in my life. Sarah was a champ. She never cried out once.”

Slapping my hand on his shoulder, I grinned. “I’m happy for you, Gunner. You deserve this. So proud of you, brother.”

“How’s my daughter?” Mike asked, pushing through the crowd.
