I rolled my eyes with an exaggerated sigh. "He is, by far, the best lover I've ever had. He's just so confident in how he moves and what he does. It's like he knows exactly how to touch me and kiss me to drive me wild. He knows exactly what to do to make me lose my mind, you know?"
"I most certainly do not, but continue."
"The things he did, Izzy. It was," I threw my head back with a groan. "It was perfect bliss. I felt like I was floating. I've never felt it before. He devoted so much time to me. It was like I was the center of the world and nothing else, no one else, mattered except the two of us and how he made me feel."
I took a deep breath. "It was absolutely amazing."
"I say again, I'm super jealous. I wish I could get someone to make me feel even half of that."
I sat up and turned to her with a frown on my face. "Still no luck in the one-night stand department? I thought you were planning to go to a bar or something."
"I tried it out a few times." She shuddered. "Never again. Guys in bars are gross. They just want to hook up."
My eyebrows knitted together. "Izzy, you just want to hook up, right?"
"Which is exactly the problem."
"I don't get it."
"If we both just want to bang and leave then the sex is going to be rushed, messy, and altogether unsatisfying. I need someone who has more on their mind than the taxi they're going to call for me or the food they're going to order once I'm gone. When it comes to guys in clubs or bars, that's all I'm going to get. Ten minutes of awkwardly loud groaning as some guy in too tight jeans moves over me."
"Eww, you’re right!"
Izzy smiled at me and reached forward to squeeze my hand. "It's okay. I think it's for the best. I'm actually thinking of getting back on the dating band wagon."
"You are?"
She shrugged. "I see how happy Alexander makes you. You're so much better now than you were with that asshole. I want the same."
"You deserve the same."
I leaned forward and pulled her into a hug just as the car came to a stop. We separated and glanced out the window.
Our eyes widened when we saw the place. It was a large, white, square, two-story building with glass walls. The windows at the top floor had on display numerous couture dresses on mannequins. I knew where it was before I even saw the cursive writing of the name.
Stellar Styles & Spa
It was an extremely exclusive boutique and spa with only the highest quality items and spa services. Izzy and I had only dreamed of coming here but we could never afford to.
Philip turned off the car and stepped out. He opened the door for us, and we climbed out. Then, he led us inside the building.
The inside was insane. It looked so much bigger on the inside than it was on the outside. The walls were a clean white that almost looked clinical. The floors were brown and ornate.
The entire room was bright with florescent lights. The furniture was sleek and modern. The place was serene. A kind of peacefulness I'd never really known a place to have.
There was a receptionist at her desk as well as a few sofas and magazine stands. Arranged around the room were vases of different kinds of beautiful flowers.
It was also empty. The only people in the room were the receptionist and two female attendants that stood by her desk. They wore matching, light pink uniforms. The three of them smiled at us broadly.
"Good morning," one of them greeted as soon as we entered. They walked towards us in quick strides. "You must be Miss Sophia and Miss Isabella." I nodded. "I'm Olive and this is Dora." Her companion offered us a smile. "It's lovely to meet both of you. Mr. Haynes has already booked the place for the day."
"The entire place? For the whole day?"
"Yes," she responded with a nod. "He wants us to offer you both the very best of our treatments. What do you wish to do first?"
Izzy and I exchanged a look. "What services do you offer?"
"Well, we offer a large variety of services here at Stellar Styles and Spa. Massages of various kinds, facials, waxing and hair removal, manicures, pedicures, cryotherapy, traditional Ayurvedic treatments, hair care treatments, mud baths, and we also have a sauna. Are there any that you would like to begin with?"
