They both stop, looking down at me with deadpan expressions, and I burst out laughing.
Link’s face darkens. “We might have to punish you for that comment.” Trey is already nodding in agreement, a wicked smile curving his lips.
“Oh no,” I say sarcastically with a snicker. “Sounds terrible.”
“Seriously though, can we read it? Trey asks as we walk into the Wolf Building and wait for the elevator. “I assume whatever you’re writing is somewhat autobiographical,”
“I was hoping you’d want to actually.” I bite my lip nervously. “Because now that we finally have a free night…”
They grin.
Link’s eyes meet Trey’s. “I call dibs on her pussy.”
“Fine by me. You know I’m an ass man,” Trey says with a wink.
“Really? Dibs? I’m not the front seat, and we’re not thirteen.” But their words still cause my pussy to tingle as I think about them both railing me at the same time.

After a few minutes, the anticipation becomes too much, and I stand up and pour myself a glass of whisky from Link’s stash and stare out the large glass windows. The dark green expanse of trees stretches out as far as I can see, rising to the base ofthe distant mountains before they give way to white snowcaps, shimmering in the June sunshine.
I finally told them my news once Link was fully on the mend—I got the internship this summer—it starts in July—but my application to NYU was rejected. By then, I already knew what I wanted to do, but the guys read my mind. They both assured me that we’d all be spending the summer in New York, and Link had already rented us what he called “a little apartment” overlooking Central Park. I don’t even want to know how much that rent costs. So with NYU definitely off my radar, I decided to stay at Whitmore U and finish out my degree, and then I plan to apply to several publishing companies in Seattle and Vancouver so that we’re not leaving the theater behind. I have no doubt they’d upend their lives for me and move across the country, but Trey and Link have so much fun running Lakeside Cinema—I’d be a monster to ask them to start over somewhere else.
I hear the book fall shut, my thoughts scattering. I let out a shaky breath and turn to face my soulmates. I was a hopeless romantic as a girl, getting lost in epic fantasy with loves that lasted forever on page, like Aragorn and Arwen. Then, I stopped believing in love for a while. I approached it with cynicism and caution. But love is different for everyone, and for me, it’s Trey’s calming presence, his easy smile and optimism, and his ability to hold Link and me together when everything is breaking apart. And Link? Trey and Link share a look, and I know they’re thinking about what I want. It’s new territory for Link at least, so while I’m hopeful they’ll be down, I’m steeling myself for disappointment. Something passes between them before they turn to look at me, and it blows my mind that these boys are justas in sync with each other as they are with me, like the three of us together make one person.
I put down the now-empty glass with a trembling hand.
Why am I so nervous?
A smile touches my lips as I take in their hooded looks before Trey literally sweeps me off my feet and tosses me over his shoulder. Link chuckles, and my stomach flips at the sound. I’ll never tire of hearing him laugh. I look up from my precarious position, watching Link reach behind his head and pull his off T-shirt in one smooth motion, letting it fall to the floor as he follows us.
Trey sets me on the bed and starts stripping his clothing off, following Link’s lead. I watch with hungry eyes as I take in the show—all defined muscles and smooth skin.
“We’re about to wreck you, baby girl. In the best way possible,” Link says, smiling darkly.
I swallow hard.
“Please,” I scoff. “I was wrecked from the first day I met you two, but I regret nothing.”
