Fiona rolls her eyes. She acts like she barely tolerates him, but I suspect there’s more to their relationship.

Lincoln shoves him. “Don’t be a dickhead.” But he glances at me from the corner of his eye as if he made a mistake coming to our defense.

“Takes one to know one, boss,” I snark.

Lincoln glares and takes a drink, licking a drop of alcohol from his full lips.

“How was closing shift?” Trey asks. I still don’t trust him, but I like the way he’s looking at me like he could eat me up.

“Slow,” I say. “Apparently, everyone is here instead of watching old-school horror flicks.” I gesture with my drink. “Are you guys even dressed up? You look like…you.”

Lincoln pulls a plastic machete swimming with fake blood from his belt and hoists it over one shoulder. “We’re the Winchesters”

“Like, fromSupernatural?” I ask. “That explains the weird hair.”

Brantley bursts out laughing. “It totally does look weird.”

Serenity, who’s been eyeing us with a sneer, hops off the rock she was sitting on. “Oh, is that your costume, Link?” She steps into Lincoln’s space, and he looks down at her. For some reason, I have the urge to pull her away from him by her shiny hair.“I thought you were both just dressed as super-hot college guys.” She bats her perfect eyelashes.

Fiona and I glance at each other and roll our eyes, but I frown, when Serenity places both of her hands on Lincoln’s chest and rises on her tiptoes to whisper something in his ear. A smile tugs at his lips. I feel my hand tighten into a fist, but I catch myself before I throw the punch, even as jealousy curls in my stomach.

The guy is insufferable, yet I’m jealous? What’s wrong with me?

“Okay,” Fiona says quickly, noticing the tension in my stance. “Time to party.”

She leads me into the thick crowd of swaying bodies. We dance together the way only girlfriends can, grinding our asses against each other. We’re so close that I can feel her tits grazingmy back, and we both look at each other and laugh every time it happens.

Suddenly, someone grips my waist, pulling me in a different direction. I gasp in shock as the hands tug me close to a large, hard chest that sways with my body in perfect sync.

Before I even look back into his eyes, I recognize Trey’s heady scent. I relax completely in his arms, my body melting against his warmth. His fingers graze my neck as he pushes my hair over one shoulder, and the feeling travels all the way to my toes. Then his lips brush against the shell of my ear and his breath flutters against my skin. The smell of whisky causes a rush of heat, and my panties start to dampen.

“Did I mention you look unbelievably hot tonight, Bennett,” he whispers. “Once again, nothing like the good girl you pretend to be. You put on a good show.”

His other hand slides up my body and cups the side of my breast, and I can’t stop the moan that escapes my lips. I lose my train of thought. All the reason and control that I normally cling to dissipates with every touch of Trey’s hands. Just like the last time we were together.

“What can I say,” I reply. “You bring out my naughty side, I guess.”

His dick is rock hard against my back, and I grind against it. I smirk when Trey groans loudly, one hand tightening on my waist while the other blatantly grabs my breast. I turn in his embrace, still swaying to music, and I look up into his warm brown eyes. The lust I see there is almost feral, and it mirrors my own. It’s the same feeling that overwhelmed me back at Link and Trey’s party—this undeniable, irresistible attraction I can’t shake.

As if reading my mind, Trey turns, grabs my hand in a firm grip, and pulls me through the crowd of people. I mumble multiple apologies, bumping into strangers as I stumble afterhim, his long legs eating up the ground toward a dark copse of trees.

We barely reach the shadows before he picks me up, turns, and slams my back against the rough bark of the closest tree. My legs wrap around his slim waist, and I feel his cock pressing heavily into my stomach, grinding into my clit through the thin material of my onesie. My arms encircle his neck, and my hands run through his silky hair. Our faces are inches apart, our breaths short and needy.

“I don’t know why I’m doing this.” I lick my lips nervously. Trey’s eyes follow the movement before coming back up to stare into mine. “I swear I’m not normally this easy.”

He looks away for a moment, and I bring my hand up to his cheek, pulling his gaze back.

“What?” I ask.

“I’m not normally this monogamous.” His voice is deep. Just listening to him makes me wet. So. Wet. But his comment makes me snort out a laugh.

“Monogamous? We’ve fooled around one other time.”

“Right,” he says, his fingers trailing along my spine. “I should be tired of you by now.”

His words send a little thrill through my chest, but I ignore it. “So are we gonna fuck, or what?”

“Ugh,” he groans. “It’s so hot when your pretty little mouth says ‘fuck.’”
