She nuzzled her cheek into his hand. “They’re happy tears. And you were never the wrong twin.”

“Yeah?”

“I love you back. But you already know that.”

Jax’s mouth came crashing down on hers in the sweetest kiss in the history books. “God, I love you,” he murmured against her lips. “So much, I couldn’t breathe without you.”

When they pulled back, the crowd was whooping it up and cheering them on. Jax smiled one of his breathtaking smiles “You told me you were chasing your happy and I decided I wanted my happy too. You’re my happy, angel. You’re my happy and my home.”

Jax gifted her a tender and sweeping kiss that had her heart somersaulting in her chest. It was the kind of kiss that spoke of adoration and felt like a cherishing caress. The kind of kiss that could only come from love.

Jax pulled back and she looked up into those warm green eyes and felt herself fall all over again. She’d come to Sierra Vista for love, and she was staying for love. And she couldn’t be happier.

Jax tipped her chin up. “One more?” he whispered against her lips.

“You can have all the mores.”
