That bitch is heartless look what she did to her own son. I come onto the bed and ran my finger through his hair. Jordan is in the middle of us both and he starts to drift to sleep holding onto Jasper’s shirt.
"Does this happen a lot?" I ask.
"It's been awhile since he’s had a nightmare like this. Thank you for coming with me."
"Of course, I have never heard him scream like that it scared the hell out of me."
"Trust me I know, the first time this happened I almost had a panic attack I didn't know what to do for him."
"You do now. Jordan might not be your son biologically, but you are his father in every other way possible." Jasper smiles at me brightly a full on smile and it's beautiful and I will make it my life mission to make it happen every day.
"Thank you that means a lot." Jordan’s hand moves and he grabs my hand and I smile.
"We should stay with him tonight."
"I was going to say the same thing." Jasper leans in and kisses me softly. I move over a little and Jasper moves Jordan to the middle of the bed and the three of us fall fast asleep.
