EPILOGUE

Blake watched his newwife as she took a muffin from the plate in front of her.

They were hosting a wedding lunch the next day for their family. It was a huge table.

His cousins from New York: Logan, Aidan, Amelia, and their spouses were there. And of course his mother, uncle, and the Montgomery’s.

Their family was growing.

So was his own little one.

Blake was pretty sure he was imagining the baby bump, especially as the doctors told Bella she was nearly eight weeks pregnant, so it was too early. Didn’t matter, he couldn’t wait to see her all swollen with his child.

Fuck, I’m going to be a dad.

Not everyone knew that their engagement had been fake to start. They would eventually tell everyone, but right now he and Bella were focused on the bliss of being happily married.

He reached for her hand, and she smiled up at him.

“Oh, I miss the new married bliss feeling.” Harper sighed.

“Have another wedding,” Hunter said, and Addison slapped him.

“I’m in. The honeymoon makes it worth it,” Daniel inserted.

“Because you didn’t have to do any of the planning and work.” Harper shot her husband a look. “So, aside from Mr. Cold Feet over here, who is left? Oh, Jacob.”

Jacob looked up, his eyes widening as his fork froze its path to his mouth. “What?”

“Your turn to get married,” Harper announced.

Blake snickered silently.

Hunter took a sip of his wine, but Blake saw his smirk.

“I’m not even twenty-four yet,” he complained, glancing around the table. He glanced at Knox. “You. You should get married next.”
