I slipped into the hot,bubbly bath water, sighing at the blissful heat and calming smells that surrounded me.
Baths were life.
I’d left Zander in his bed, working on his laptop. Though the sex had been incredible, when the pleasure faded, it left me feeling uncertain.

I tried to ignore the uncertainty and grabbed my phone, typing a quick message to Tatum and Brynn.

Brynn

We all know Tatum can’t take Zander. He’s like a hundred feet taller than her.
Tatum
He would be obligated not to hurt me because I’m technically his sister, so I can take him.
But what happened?

You did not properly explain the difference between human sex and demon sex. I spent weeks not having demon sex because of it. Now, we can’t be friends.
