I take her shirt off and toss it to the floor. My touch is light when I start tracing the raised skin of my name on her flesh.

Sucking a perky nipple into my mouth, I use my tongue and teeth to toy with the peaked nub. I grab onto her other one and roll it around between my thumb and index finger. Raine’s back arches reflexively, as a gasp escapes her.

Micah starts pumping his hips harder from behind, and I plant my feet firmly on the floor so I can fuck Raine from underneath. She tips her head back and moans, the sweet sounds filling the room and echoing off the walls.

I put my face in the space between her neck and shoulder and inhale her scent, then I use the tip of my tongue to delicately trace the contours of her collarbones, licking beads of sweat from her damp skin.

Micah and I practically fight for dominance as we both pound into Raine harshly, and pretty soon, the air is heavy with the scent of sweat and sex.

“Oh, God,” she breathes. “I’m gonna come—”

Her body tenses as she orgasms. I grip her hips to keep her in place as Micah and I fuck her senseless. The sounds of slapping skin, heavy breathing, and Raine’s moans fill the room. We erupt inside her together, warm cum filling her cunt and dripping down our cocks.

Micah pulls out and falls to the couch beside me. I help Raine off my dick and sit her gently in between us. Getting to my knees, I spread her legs and watch as our seed drips out of her thoroughly used pussy. I gather up as much as I can with my fingers before it falls to the couch cushion and push it back inside her gently.

I look up at her and grin mischievously. “Ready for round two, sweetheart?”

Chapter 29

RAINE

Two monthslater

Micah breathes deeply as his chest rises and falls steadily. His heart thumps in time with mine, and I run a hand over his chest before sitting up in bed. The blinds are closed, the room pitch black. I hold my hands out as I get off the bed and walk to the chair by the window where my pants are. When my fingers graze the fabric, I snatch them up and put them on quickly. On my way out, I snag the boat key off Micah’s desk.

Judas and Micah are typically light sleepers, but I'm not too concerned about waking them as I walk quickly down the hall. They’re just as exhausted as I am after a whole day of sex.

I couldn’t get enough of them, the way their hands felt on my body as they gripped my hips and pounded into me, their lips worshiping every inch of my skin. I didn’t want it to end, but by the end of the day, I was too sore to continue.

I made a huge carb-filled dinner, too. Homemade pizza, chicken alfredo, Caesar salad with lots of croutons, and chocolate cake for dessert. Then we finished two bottles of wine between the three of us, and I’m definitely feeling it as I carefully make my way down the stairs.

It’s all working out perfectly, though. They should be asleep for a while, which gives me more than enough time to get the hell out of here.

In the months after I was brought to the island, I played into their fantasies of being a happy family. I gained their trust, didn’t give them a reason to suspect my actions, and it’s worked exceptionally well in my favor. They’ve become careless in front of me—typing their passcode into the alarm system, showing me where the keys to the house and boat are, leaving doors unlocked…

My stomach flutters in anticipation as I reach the garage door and punch the code into the alarm. Once it’s deactivated, I grab a pair of boots and a coat and slip them on quickly. My fuzzy socks give me some padding, but my feet are still swimming in the shoes, and I have to triple roll up the sleeves of the coat just so I can use my hands.

Oh, well. I just have to make it out to the boat, and then I'll finally be free.

I slip my hand into the pocket of Micah’s jacket laying on the counter and wrap my fingers around the cool metal lighter he put in there yesterday. My eyes had tracked his every move when he came back in the house from going into the city. It took everything in me not to dart to it right then.

Looking over my shoulder, I try to calm my racing heart, but I’m so excited to finally be leaving this place.

The door is silent as I push it open, slip out, and close it back behind me. Judas left the garage door open all day yesterday and forgot to close it, which is why I chose now to make a move; he and Micah would be awake in an instant if they heard me open it.

I grab the can of gasoline and leave a trail from outside the garage and around the entire house before ending in front of the porch. Tossing it aside, I look up into the darkened windows of the house with tears in my eyes. Partially from the freezing coldair, but mostly because the reality that I’m finally free is settling in.

I may not have a home to go to, but anywhere is much better than staying here.

Flicking on the lighter, I set fire to the trail of gasoline and watch the flames come to life before me. In just seconds, the entire house is surrounded by a ring of fire.

Dry, dead leaves crunch underneath the heavy boots as I turn and sprint to the small boat at the lake’s edge. The water is choppy from the force of the winter wind, but I don’t let that deter me as I get in the boat, put the key in the ignition, and turn it on. It roars to life, and I’m definitely crying as I put it in gear towards the forest.

I rub a hand over my stomach and send up a silent prayer to any god who will listen that I haven’t harmed the baby. I couldn’t not drink the wine tonight; if I hadn’t, Micah and Judas would have been too focused on me, and I wouldn’t have been able to escape if they knew that I’m pregnant.

There hasn’t been an official test, but I know that the changes I've been feeling over the past couple of weeks are more than just stress and anxiety. The sudden nausea, loss of appetite, and fatigue—I don’t even think Judas and Micah noticed how I pushed my food around on my plate tonight, or that I only drank two glasses of wine before dumping the third and fourth down the drain when their backs were turned. I’m a lightweight, apparently.

I haven’t gotten very far when I hear someone screaming my name from behind me. I turn around and see Micah and Judas standing on the porch. Micah looks absolutely pissed, but Judas looks hurt, and even from this distance, I can see the alarm in his eyes.
