“Wait for what?” I finally murmured, both wanting to know and feeling like I was hurtling headfirst straight into a trap.

Connor sat forward, his knowing smirk making my belly roll with nervous arousal.

“To be fucked the way you need to be fucked. By both of us at once,” he said, not a hint of hesitation in his voice.

As a surge of raw shock rattled through me, I looked from him to his brother. Caden didn’t say a word, but he nodded in confirmation, and I opened my mouth to say something, but nothing came out.

Not when my clit was throbbing like it had developed its very own heartbeat just at the mere suggestion of being fucked by both of them together at the same time.

Pretending to be disinterested and appalled at their suggestion, I shook my head and waved them off.

I definitely wasn’t wet thinking about it.

Definitely not…

“I’ve got better things to do than entertain your fantasies,” I blurted out, and the two of them exchanged a bemused glance, both seemingly undeterred by my dismissiveness.

“Playing hard to get then,” Connor teased, a mischievous glint in his eye. His gaze searched mine, and I quickly looked away bashfully, not wanting to give away just how much the idea of them sharing me like that turned me on.

“Please,” I countered. “I’ve got more important matters to attend to rather than waste time being the object of your shared wet dream.”

“I’m going to remember that when you come begging to us, sassy girl,” Caden chided, and I raised my chin indignantly.

“I’m not going to beg,” I responded.

Neither of them said a word, but they exchanged a knowing look between them. I leaned back in my seat and took another bite of my apple.

The silence reigned between us as I chewed, but then the sound of my cell phone ringing sliced through the air. I shot them both a look and excused myself to take the call.

“What is it, Ivan?” I inquired, a sense of anticipation threading through my voice.

“Eduardo Ramirez wants to meet to discuss terms. It would seem that you’ve made quite an impression,” Ivan informed me, his tone holding a note of caution.

“A good one?” I asked pointedly.

“Enough of one for him to take you seriously, boss,” Ivan confirmed.

“Set the meeting for tomorrow morning. I’ll be there,” I replied, my mind already calculating the potential outcomes. As I ended the call, I noticed both Connor and Caden looking at one another with loaded expressions.

“Ivan just informed me that Eduardo Ramirez wants a meeting tomorrow morning,” I revealed, gauging their reactions.

Simultaneously, Caden’s phone buzzed, and he picked it up right away.

“Kieran,” he greeted, his tone alert.

I could only hear Caden’s side of the conversation, but it was clear that his older brother had crucial information to share. Caden’s brows furrowed as he listened intently, nodding occasionally in response to whatever Kieran was saying.

“Got it. We’ll be there,” Caden said, his voice firm. As he hung up, he turned to me. “Kieran has some additional intel on Ramirez’s movements. We need to adjust our plans accordingly.”

“We need every advantage we can get for tomorrow’s meeting,” I nodded.

“That we do,” Connor remarked.

“Eduardo Ramirez is no amateur. He’s known for his cunning strategies and ruthless tactics,” Caden observed, his eyes narrowing in thought.

“He’s been at the helm of the cartel for years,” Connor added, his expression serious. Caden leaned in, a glint of intensity in his eyes that made my stomach clench with nerves.

“There was a time when Ramirez wanted to send a message to a rival gang,” Caden explained, his voice low and filled with warning. “He didn’t just go after the rival leader. No, he targeted the man’s entire family, his home, his children, his wife. Ramirez made sure the message cut deep.”
