“Great Goddess, this is torture. I need something…more. I don’t know what…” His gasps were almost comical to Bailey. He was confused and desperate, unsure of how to handle the different feelings a woman had versus a man.

“This isn’t shutting the fuck up.” Cassandra’s head was between Isaiah’s legs then, her breath soft on his thigh as she watched her own fingers fuck him, occasionally teasing him with her tongue as he arched off the bed. Even Bailey was mesmerized by the movement of her mouth on Isaiah’s clit.

“I…oh, fuck.”

Without warning, since he’d closed his eyes, Cassandra slid Bubba inside of Isaiah slowly. Halfway in, she pulled back out, sucking his clit between her lips. Over and over, she tortured him for several minutes, edging him so close to orgasm, before finding a rhythm and picking up the pace. Eventually, she slammed the thick dildo into Isaiah harder and faster. Her tongue flattened and pushing hard against his clit while Bubba working overtime inside of him.

Glancing at the time, Bailey shook her head. “As much fun as this is, let’s kick this into gear.” She picked up the tiny pink remote, and pushing a series of buttons, turned on the vibrations higher and higher, smirking at his immediate reaction.

In seconds, Isaiah was screaming through an orgasm, and Cassie grinned from her position between his thighs. Nonchalantly, she stood, letting the dildo drop onto the bed, still buzzing beside him. While he caught his breath, Cassie brought over the wax and spread his legs again. Eyes closed, he was too relaxed to notice when she spread the hot wax across his still swollen pussy and yanked the wax strips off purposefully. When he screamed in a whole new way, Cassie delighted in his pain.

By the time she finished, Bailey had an outfit picked out, and was ignoring his breathless complaints about all the things women dealt with.

“How do you go from one extreme to the next…I can’t…that was crazy.”

“You’re not supposed to wax after…ya know. But you insisted on a tutorial. That’s on you.” She slid a white thong up his legs, then a short jean skirt before slipping a tank top over his head and handing him some cute wedges. “Get up. We need to practice walking in all this.”

He stood wobbly, making his way in circles around the room as Cassandra worked on a replica necklace, giving her a knowing glance. “He needs your disguised scent. You know, the one you wear for your stalker. Can’t go out into the world with your natural one.”

Bailey cleared her throat, glad again that Cassandra had thought of that. “Uh, yeah. This necklace stays on at all times. It will help protect you and all.” She slid the newly spelled replica behind his neck as he gained his balance, able to walk and stop faster now.

He cocked his head at her, studying her face as she clasped the necklace around him. “You know, I knew both of you wanted me, but this is a wild way to get me, making me look like you. I’m not as hard to get as I pretend.”

Cassandra snorted, and Bailey resisted pushing him over. “Trust me. I wish the problem was not wanting you. My life would be less complicated right now.”

For once, Isaiah didn’t say a word, and she couldn’t believe that slipped out. She hoped he didn’t push the subject, but the look on his face when he turned to continue practicing told her he wasn’t letting it go.

“Care to explain? Haven’t had too many people resist all this, yet still want it. Gotta be something wrong.”

“You wouldn’t understand. You get to live exactly how you want to live. And you’ll probably get the blessing of no mate. If only.”

She expected him to agree, or to high-five her, and hell, she didn’t know why she kept talking at this point. Something about seeing herself in person had her spilling her guts.

“No mate? Blessing? You don’t want a mate?” A frown marred his face, and he stared at her, his face softening into a surprising sorrow. “Well, that’s messed up. You think I don’t want a mate?”He made another turn, almost tripping as he pranced around the room.

“Come on. Look at you. At how you act.”

“Well, you’re wrong. And since I feel this weird connection with both of you now, I’ll be honest. I want a mate more than anything, but it’s easier to pretend I don’t, easier for me to accept I might not get one. There’s no one left in the pack it could be, and I never thought Axel would let any of us leave. I would say it’s hurtful that you think otherwise, but I guess I get it. You pegged me wrong, is all.”

She was taken aback by his response, and his sudden muted demeanor. Cass cocked her eyebrow and shrugged at her. “Sorry. I just…I just assumed you were like me. I don’t want a mate—I want my freedom. Only been here a couple days, and I want to get out of here. I would never choose to live in this pack. It’s fucking oppressive.”

“Wow, those are some pretty strong feelings. Who said you had to? Why would you even be worried about it?”

She caught herself just in time, looking away and down before answering him. “No one. Just…in theory, if my mate was from Tuisa, or any pack like Tuisa, I know what I’d choose.”

“So, if your mate was from Tuisa, you’d rather have no mate? You’d rather reject…” He’d paused in the middle of the floor, his walking practice forgotten. “You haven’t always been celibate. You said a few months. How long?”

“None of your business.”

“You thought it was me. You wished…that I was your mate?”

“No, damnit. Drop it.”

He paused in front of her, lifting the replica necklace from his chest and sniffing it. “This isn’t just for your stalker, is it? You have a mate, and you’re hiding from him. Who is it?”

“No one.” She stood angrily to face him—to face herself, and the irony wasn’t lost on her. “You, and the way you are…youwere supposed to be the easier option…you don’t get it. I can’t make a mate happy, and a rejection would kill him. I…I…” She paused to catch her breath, working harder to keep the tears at bay. How the hell had he figured it out so fast? Was she that transparent?

“Who? Who are you hiding from?”
