It was her time to agree and slide along the couch, moving his fingers to the other side of her neck and opposite shoulder. "I know. I've never had a one night stand before, but I'm not opposed to it."
She could smell him now, the pine and cedar mixing with something that was uniquely him.
He grinned, and it made her core melt. "Cool. I'm not opposed to it either. But our grandparents can never know."
"Agreed," she said breathlessly. He was close enough to touch now, so she cautiously laid her hand on his thigh. His muscle tensed under her fingers, and he leaned in.
Chapter 8
She leaned back, moving her hand to his chest. "Wait, one thing. It's been, um, well, I'm not that experienced. So I hope you don't have any expectations. You'll have to give me clear instructions and—"
He leaned forward and nuzzled her neck with a chuckle. "Why don't we just go with the flow, hm?"
She shivered and nodded, making his chin scratch the side of her neck. She gasped, and he nipped at her.
"I've been thinking of kissing your neck since last weekend," he murmured, his lips moving up to her ear and across her cheek. He hovered over her lips, pausing as she felt her body melting in anticipation.
"And these lips. God, Lucy," he groaned.
She barely had time to suck in a quick breath before his lips met hers. She'd been kissed in middle school twice, and high school a few times. But this... this was a kiss.
Finally.
His tongue gently teased the seam of her lips, the rasp of his tongue making her stomach knot in anticipation. His kiss began softly, then built in intensity as she opened for him.
His stubble scratched her before he swept inside with the force of a blizzard.
Her bones tingled, and his hand on the back of her neck brought her closer. He cradled her head, and she felt his other hand tug on her knee.
Her mind was floating, narrowed in on the sensation of his mouth on hers. In the back of her head, she realized she was now straddling him, knees on either side of his hips. Hands kneaded her ass, making her groan and grind down on him.

"Mason," she gasped. "What are we doing?"
He growled, "We're making out."
She nodded, closing her eyes as his chin raked along her sensitive flesh. "Oh God."
"You like that?" he murmured. She nodded and threw all her inhibitions to the wind.
She released his head and yanked down her tank top, exposing her breasts. She started to freak out. God, how could she be doing this?
But then he groaned and pulled a taut nipple into his mouth. He sucked and teased, his fingers rolling the other as he hungrily devoured her. For the first time, she felt truly desired.
Why had it taken her this long to take a chance like this? If her high school boyfriend hadn't been such a letdown, maybe she could've been feeling like this much sooner than twenty-three.
She moaned, seeing stars as he bit and tugged gently. His hand slid around her to her ass again, and he pulled back, leaning his head against the back of the couch.
She panted in shallow breaths and looked down at him through lust-filled eyes.
