“I haven’t fucked her yet.”

“Yet?” Sean wiggles his eyebrows. “But…”

I shouldn’t be telling him, but I need to tell someone. I shift in my seat and can’t hide the smirk on my face.

“But… She’s lifted her skirt for me to feast on her.”

“Oh, fuuck!” Sean whisper squeals, and the gleam in his eyes spurs me on.

“And then she dropped to her knees.” My head falls back, and I close my eyes, momentarily brought back to the feeling of her wet heat around my cock. “Man, she has these tiny puffy lips, she can hardly get my head in, but she sucks it as if it was her last meal.”

“Jaysus, Aidan. A real fucking slut, is she?” He’s drinking his Guinness like a starved man.

“Far from it. I bet she’s even a virgin.”I know she’s a virgin.

“A virgin,” he squeals and swears for about two minutes straight. “So, is it serious?”

“Serious? Hell no. It’s just a bit of summer fun.”

Damn, I wish the Irish summers were longer, as after one helping, I think I’m addicted to the taste of Caitlin’s pussy and the tight pressure of her mouth.

“You fecking lucky son of a bitch. Why are all my colleagues men?”

“Because Siobhan would cut your balls off if you ever laid your eyes on another woman.”

Sean cocks his head to the side and shrugs. “Well, yes, there’s that.”

Aidan

“Our current online shop is so antiquated that most people end up having to call our office to order items,” I state.

“What’s wrong with that? Some good old-fashioned customer service instead of faceless computers.”

“We have to evolve with time, Finbar.”

Sometimes I wonder if Finbar refuses to grasp what I tell him just to spite me. The last week or so, the older man’s mocking and bad decisions haven’t annoyed me as much, thanks to my own secret revenge. Even the tedious work of scrutinising the accounts and questioning receipts – and hearing Finbar’s bullshit explanations why they supposedly are valid – hasn’t knocked my mood. But now the familiar bite of my nails in my palms threatens to break the skin.

“Well, okay, we need a better online platform.”Hallelujah!“But the solution you’ve found is way too expensive. Linking in with the tourist board’s page will be a lot cheaper.”

I close my eyes and groan as exhaustion sets in. Finbar makes me feel like I’m sixty-six, not thirty-six. “But it’s still cumbersome and limits the number of items we can sell online. And we’ll not have the freedom to customise the page, nor do deals or sales. We have to think bigger.”

“It’s not what this company is about, Aidan. Our main customers are tourists, and they like to touch and feel the products. Spending that amount of money on an online shop is money out the window.”

“Our customers are tourists who buy one item when they are here in Ireland. The online shop will give them the opportunity to buy moreafterthey have left. Also, having a proper online shop will open the market toothercustomers, and not only tourists.”

The clank of the letter opener tells me Finbar is getting close to his limit.

“Maybe, but it’s not guaranteed. So it’s better going for the half solution to test the water. That new fancy solution will mean training people and is a hell of a lot of expense.”

“It will pay off in the long run instead of going for something half-assed that will need to be replaced again in a year’s time.”

“Trust me on this, Aidan. We both know that your decisions aren’t always the best for the company.”

That old argument from ten years ago, yet for Finbar, it never gets old. I sense the metallic taste of blood as I clench my jaw shut. I’m sure there’s steam coming out of my ears as I lock my gaze with his gleeful eyes. I wonder what he would say about my decision-making had he known about my dealings with his daughter. It would never become a HR case, that’s for sure – Finbar wouldn’t want the scandal.

“Let’s vote on it.”
